Artichokes (pretty much anything with them)
Beef Stroganoff
Chicken and Dumpling Soup
Chimichangas
Eggplant Parmesan
Gnocchi
Lemonade (mainly Simply Lemonade)
Mountain Dew (most days, it's Code Red)
Mushrooms
New England Clam Chowder

Crispy Brussel Sprouts!

If it's Bolognese, I'll probably love it. Beef, reindeer, chicken, vegan, you name it (click the vegan link for a recipe I made this week. It turned out really good).

Some things:

Spaghetti Bolognese, I cook it with turkey mince.

Carrot ribbons and broccoli cooked in sesame oil.

Pizza, frozen and oven cooked. Here in the UK we are not really blessed with places that make good pizza so I always get this frozen italian style pizza that I found, just shove in the oven. Pizza is more a treat meal though. Usually have it with sweet potato garlic spicy cubes.

Drinks: Pepsi Max, energy drinks like Red Bull original, Monster White Ultra and so on, and water.

Kung Po Chicken, well I say Kung Po Chicken but it's a relatives recipe of their version that I make and it's nothing like Kung Po but it is delicious. :D

Eggs... especially in omelette form.

John Dumbear 06-30-23 02:35 PM

Most anything Thai, Indian, Chinese, Italian and Vietnamese.
Most anything seafood
Pizza
Prime Rib (w/au jus & fresh horseradish)
Omelettes
Michigan salad
Lake trout, walleye, whitefish (living in the great lakes at their best)

White cheese is a traditional product for my country, kind of National Symbol (together with the Yogurt).
It is mostly made of cow milk.
I'm kind of addicted to it. Can't eat anything without adding this cheese.

I have never said no to cheese.

NSFW: Vegans

What an iconic dessert!

I love dried kiwi slices, coffee, chocolate, yogurt, nuts, dates, granola, granola bars. That’s about it.

This should be movie-themed.

I'd do a milkshake from Jack Rabbit Slim's.

I wanna bucket of chicken from Los Pollos Hermanos

I want a seat at Dorsia or Chez Quis and then cancel at the last minute.

I wanna have what Meg was having at Katz's Delicatessen.

I need to a slice of pie at the Double R Diner.

Who doesn't want to try a Big Kahuna burger?

crumbsroom 07-03-23 06:44 PM

Pretty much anything if it has been properly cooked and prepared. Anything can be amazing in the right hands.

Except green olives.

And those shit sliced mushrooms you buy in grocery stores.

Those are both abominable garbage.

I love most food, the only food I really don't like is cucumber.

Absolutely love all things seafood... prawns, crab, lobster, oysters, mussels, squid, octopus.

Indian takeaway... could eat anything on the menu... pathia or a ceylon I love, also had a few phals last year... love my hot food and my tolerance is pretty good.

Olives, yep, I'll snack on them all day. Cheese... like all of it, absolutely love blue cheese... roquefort, gorgonzola

Would try pretty much anything

John Dumbear 07-03-23 07:22 PM

I'd add an original Big Mac in '67.

What's different about a '67?

John Dumbear 07-04-23 12:57 AM

That's when it was invented. Imagine it was damn tasty for its day.

Movie related, "The Founder". Duh

Hey Fredrick 07-05-23 10:26 AM

Hot Dogs from Biker Jim's

NY Strip from The Five O'clock Club

Eggs over easy

Diet Coke from McDonalds

Gyro from Parthenon

Chicken and Sausage Gumbo (no seafood!) homemade

Bleu, gorgonzola, swiss cheese and sharp cheddar. Extra sharp is fine as long as it's not something that's been aged 10-20 years.

I only eat a limited amount of foods too. Some might think I'm picky but I say I'm discerning!

I love these:
Most any fruit, pasta (meatless), whole grain oat muffins (that I make myself), homemade bread (yes I make that too), iced mochas with almond milk and baking cocoa (which I make with my espresso machine) and pizza (but only if I make it myself, most other pizza ranges from OK to why bother)...Oh and I like quality handcrafted beer (and yes I make that too!)...& certain top brands of ice cream (never have made that but I probably should!)

What a yummy diet. Only thing I wouldn’t touch is beer, which I have never liked.

You do eat meat though don’t you? Seems to me you would like fish too. If I’m at a restaurant I would probably eat fish.

I thought you were a vegetarian? I'm not a vegetarian, but I don't eat red meat, fish or pork. Sometimes I will cook with bacon bits. Occasionally I'll have chicken strips or barbecued chicken breast, that's what I had at a 4th of July barbecue.

Strictly speaking, I’m a pescatarian. But I can’t remember the last time I actually ate fish. Must be years. Yes, I’m a vegetarian.

As soon as I replied to you I remembered that I do like smoked salmon.

.) Ketchup must be from HEINZ.

.) Coke must be in a CAN.
