Cartoons from your infancy
Anyone remember [or have seen] La Princesse Insensible?
It's only 13 short episodes [roughly 4 minutes long]. The final episode packs a punch line - especially if you never read or heard the story before [those that indeed never read it or heard it, may feel amused after watching the full 13 episodes, because it feels like a long joke] Anyways, I remember watching these when I was very little and I never quite forgot the "twist" in the end. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7rZJcnPWaA |
Re: Cartoons from your infancy
I was obsessed with Bugs Bunny. I was outraged when my mother won a bugs bunny doll that talked when she was out at a club and she gave it to my bby brother. Thus began some filthy sibling rivalry.

I went to a late night show on a theater [at 1 am] when one of the DBZ movies were on, and you'd think there would be kids there... nope. All pretty grown up old men and their wives,. |

Re: Cartoons from your infancy
I fell inlove with one when I was 16. He was my riding instructor and I thought he looked like Sting. Looked him up on the net recently to see if he was still teaching or writing riding books. Oh my lord. What a sleazebag. Bullet dodged there, for sure. Now I know why he got black listed by women AND MEN when he was in Aus.

That sounds like "I know a bloke who knows a bloke who knows a bloke. Now you know this bloke. He's a bloke you know". The weirdest thing in retrospect about that is that Music voiced Garfield, so Bill Murray effectively returned the favour when they made the film. |

"Fractured Fairy Tales" weren't in "Looney Tunes". They were segments on "The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show". The other ones that you mentioned are from "Looney Tunes". I don't know the names of the Mexican crows, but the bulldog and the kitten are Marc Antony and Pussyfoot, and the sheep dogs are Ralph Wolf and Sam Sheepdog. And "This time, we didn't forget the gravy." is from the "Chow Hound" cartoon: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aH7bEytedtE |
