would be.). But classical art gets a pass. This is not just this forum, it's like that in other places on the internet, too. It's just inconsistent, usually defended under the idea of "explicit content" which is just as ambiguous.

I bring to you all, Shooter Stargaze, captain of his own ship and a bodyguard for hire. I actually made this alien species up over ten years ago, but NEVER had a good idea for it. He was originally gonna be younger and put in a more "Aliens in the Attic" situation (although I never saw that movie), but then I got some other idea for a Power Rangers knockoff, and finally decided to combine the two. Step three: what does he do? I wanted something unique, so I thought of plant powers but that wasn't working. What makes HIM a hero?

LIGHT MAGE! Photosynthetic powers of his race are used to summon light instead of grow plants telekinetically.

Also notice the references to martial arts clothing in his get up. The sleeveless overshirt on his uniform is loosely modeled after kung fu clothing, bracers are obvious and NOTICE THE SHURIKEN. This dude can fight. Like, I've imagined fully-detailed fight scenes for this guy.
