Both times we had the same people singing the winning song and the runner up song (The Supremes, Jennifer Warnes), Gunslinger45 won the tournaments.

Boo! Up Where We Belong should've won this. :mad: HTH did that bloody Dirty Dancing song win?!?!? I hate that ****ing song. Still, at least it wasn't Unchained Melody. Thankful for small mercies and all that.

I can't believe "Up Where We Belong" got this far!! I was surprised it made it past the first round. It's a song that never made it on my Important Things Radar and I just don't think it sounds all that great and memorable.

The Dirty Dancing song, however -- I can totally understand that winning. Thank God it did. Although now I wish I had nominated "Hungry Eyes."

The fact that "Up Where We Belong" came so close to actually winning... :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

Beyond frightening. Beyond unbelievable. It would have been the most upsetting win for me so far.

I had the deciding vote on the Dirty Dancing Sobg or Unchined Melody. I went with the one like liked just a little bit more. Either way thank you HK. :)
