Probably the scene in Aliens when they cut the power (how could they cut the power man? they're animals!)

With everything bathed in red light that scene is really tense. Hudson counts down the number of meters between them and the aliens. (it can't be, that's inside the room)

I love almost every scene in this one but the opening sequence which reveals the personalities of the main players is my favorite.

Pontius Pilate's nightmare scene is also one I found quite moving. The lead actor in it, Fred Johansen, is just fantastic.
