La La Land wound up with FOURTEEN nominations, highlighted by Best Picture, Director, Actor, Actress, Original Screenplay, Cinematography, and two of its songs ("City of Stars" and "Audition"). That ties it with Titanic and All About Eve as the most nominated films ever.

Arrival and Moonlight both got eight nominations, Manchester by the Sea, Hacksaw Ridge, and Lion all received six each, while Fences and Hell or High Water nabbed four a piece.
