From TMDb:
Self-described misanthrope Elle Reid has her protective bubble burst when her 18-year-old granddaughter, Sage, shows up needing help. The two of them go on a day-long journey that causes Elle to come to terms with her past and Sage to confront her future.
Possibly needed to be directed by someone other than the writer as the first act is imo a pretty rough watch, with characters that fail to feel real and dialogue that all too often sounds scripted. Thankfully the introduction of Sam Elliott's character brings a much needed improvement to proceedings and though it does dip again afterwards it remains at least watchable and at times even manages to develop a little emotion.

From IMDb:
A man is working on a gory conveyor belt and takes his tea break.
Darkly comic British short (6 min) that's a decent enough watch.
