The Lion King, which I haven't seen since I was a child, and Wall-E, which I originally wasn't a huge fan of, but I enjoyed it a lot more when I rewatched it for the previous Animation Hall of Fame.

That doesn't mean that I actively dislike the other films in the picture that I've seen; I just don't particularly care for them. I have been meaning to give Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle second chances, but I was mostly unimpressed with a lot of the Ghibli films I watched or rewatched for the Animation Tournament, so they haven't exactly been a high priority for me.

Love 4, Like 8, Don't Like 3, Haven't Seen 3 and don't recognize #9 or #18

And I was seriously considering Rango. And Kung Fu Panda was in the upper choices just for the fun of it. Which is ironic since I can't stand Jack Black in films but I do love the Panda trilogy. And I played around with the idea of 9.

1. Spirited Away - Loved it, might have nominated it
2. The Lion King - enjoyed it
3. Rango - never saw it
4. Beauty and the Beast - having just seen the live action one this is hopefully a pass
5. Wall:E - my favorite of the group
6. Coraline - loved it, wouldn't mind a rewatch
7. Porco Rosso - This was very close to being my nomination

8. How to Train Your Dragon - loved it

10. Corpse Bride - didn't care for it

I picked my nomination because it came from a studio not represented in that montage and it came from a decade with one of those nominations

Since it won a previous HoF, at least you don't have to worry about someone nominating it again.

Both of my room mates really love Porco Rosso, but when I watched it for...I think it was the Animated Film Tournament, I had a hard time sitting through it. What you've said about your actual nomination so far (sci-fi, potentially divisive) makes me quite intrigued, so I guess I'm glad you didn't go with this one after all haha.

I guess I didn't realize you hated animation so much.

In reality, animation is actually one of my favorite genres

I love animation. I hate musicals, princesses, Miyazaki, Jack Black, and ugly artwork.

Miss Vicky is a wild card for me. A high chance I'll enjoy or already love her noms, and a rarity that she likes one of mine lol

1. Spirited Away - Respect it, but not entirely a fan
2. The Lion King - It may have been the hype when it came out, but I'm sort of so-so on it
3. Rango - absolutely LOVE. Can watch over and over
4. Beauty and the Beast - (No likey Stockholm Syndrome: The Movie) LOVE that remark by Miss Vicky. I enjoy a romance, and surprisingly, for a SS, I enjoy this one. Could be because I've grown up on various versions of this story.
5. Wall:E - LOVE it!
6. Coraline - Own it, every time I've tried to watch it, we fall asleep. Weird.
7. Porco Rosso - Have tried to see it, haven't yet.
8. How to Train Your Dragon - Love this. Not so much the follow-ups though
9. Felidae - Haven't even heard of it.

12. Watership Down - Been a very long time since I saw it, like, when it came out. Need a rewatch and I'm curious about the new version coming out
