Solaris. Far from nonexistent, but very minimalistic and ambient.

Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry has no incidental music.

emmm.. Sidney Lumet?Don't remember exactly whether there's music in 12 Angry Men,Serpico or Dog Day Afternoon but there's practically none in Network.All three has lots of dialogue,too.

The 1979 film THE CHINA SYNDROME has no music either.

Eyes Without a face, The Testament of Dr. Mabuse and M hardly had background score or OST, so to speak!

Most of Ozu's films have little to no scores, so I'd seek his work. Others:

Elephant
My Dinner With Andre
Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer
A Man Escaped

The Return (2003)
