    Fair enough, but I think it works nicely with the whole upside down, topsy-turvy, mysterious mood that was Vienna at the time, and it is composed and played by a Viennese musician. I remember reading that every time Welles went into his favourite night club/bar the band would start playing that song, this went on for years.
