    My computers' not working right at home, so I've only been popping in here after work on occasion. Even then, my times been short due to things i have to get to...like driving the kids where ever they need to be at a certain time and so on.

    If I don't see you for awhile...take care of youself. I hope all is well with you and yours. You're a sweety.

    ty for the advice!!! my only issue is i dont drink caffiene...i havent drank any in 2 yrs and i am doing good without. i will try some of your ideas.. i have a puppy who is like a child..lol lets hope i can sleep tonite~!
