When i click to log out it says.. An error has occurred so click here to log out. So i click there, then it says click to return to the previous page, which i do, then i'm still logged in, i usually just keep doing that til eventually i'm logged out

I'm afraid I need more specifics. When you say it takes 10 attempts, that could mean anything: you click and nothing happens, you click and get an error (in which case, what does the error say?), you click and it says you're logged out but then you're not, et cetera.

I tried doing it myself, then started picking out members to do it, then asked my nephew to do it, then it just appeared so i knew someone had taken pity on me somewhere

If there's any problem changing it, just give me or Yoda a message
I got Yods to change it for you last time when there was a bit of trouble...


Can easily sort it again if needed
