    Try this



    Right click, save-as... either JPG or PNG, up to you. Don't save as a BMP though.


    Go to User CP... on the left you'll see a list of options... one called Edit Avatar.
    Go there and you can upload the pic.
    Avatar sizes are 110x90 pixels maximum. This ghost pic is exactly 110x90 so should fit perfectly fine
