I set up a TeamSpeak server for my friends and I to use while playing games. Then I though to myself, I could also use it for Movieforums. Have you ever wondered what all these Mofos sounded like, or needed a faster way to communicate? Well, here's your chance. Click here (ftp://ftp.freenet.de/pub/4players/teamspeak.org/releases/ts2_client_rc2_2032.exe) to download the program. Install it and follow these steps to connect to the server. Screenshots are provided below. First open the program. There should be a little icon on your desktop. You should then click on "Connection" in the upper left hand corner. A menu will pop down. Click on "Quick Connect" and another window will pop up. In the "Server Address" box type 68.106.86.179:8767 and then put what ever nickname you want in the "Nickname" box. This MUST be filled out or you won't connect. Make it like your Mofo name so we know who you are. Anyways, after you connect it will go back to the original program. There will be a channel called "Movie Forums." Double click it and a password box will pop up. Enter "mcclane" into this box. You will then be in the right place to talk. As of right now I can only keep the server up from 3:45 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. on weekdays and Sundays. Fridays, I will keep it up all night and Saturdays I will keep it up all the time. If I have a snow day it will be up I will post in the shout box that it is up. Hope you enjoy this little stand-alone service I've added to Movieforums. See the pictures below if you don't understand.

Yes, it's one of the niffest programs invented. It's great even if you have a modem. I mean it might lag a little bit, but it still is pretty fast. If things become a probably with bandwidth I'll let ya'll know.

Death to Ventrillo. Teamspeak is better.

That it is, in voice quality, but the program is very clunky (to me) and you have to pay for it (at least you used to). I've just been using Ventrillo ever since Roger Wilco died out...

Ah, Roger Wilco. Those were the days. :)

EDIT: Come on people get up off your butts and join me in a chat.

Alright...so Johnny and I are using this thing right now, but it would be a whole lot more interesting if we had a group of people. Besides, it's kinda weirdin' me out to be so old and talkin' to a youngin'...alone...if you get my meanin'.

Your dad won't press charges accusing me of wanting to get into your doggies fur, will he?

COMMON PEOPLE...JOIN UP!!! I don't want to be feelin weird no longer.

I already had to attend an 'anger management class' for saying a few choice things to my pc… no telling what they would make me do if I started carrying on a conversation with it…

but, but, but...you would be talking to me, good ol' Sam Gamgee, not your PC.

That would be sweet if there was an "official" speak server of sorts for www.movieforums.com
