I doubt it. Columbia/TriStar already has it in 5.1 and anamorphic, so I doubt they'd redo it for any additional features. Also, it probably won't win any major awards to warrant a SE. If they do release a special edition, it wouldn't be until the 3rd Matrix movie is released...that way they can capitalize on the popularity of Carrie-Anne Moss.
