What have you MoFo's been reading?
Just finished;
Best American Essays of 2004 - I liked the A Sudden Illness, Yarn,
My Lost City, My Father Is A Book, Bullet In My Neck, and Lifelike. I probably liked Arrow & Wound the most.
Ishmael By, Daniel Quinn - Second time reading it and it's lost a lot of whatever made me like it the first time. Dang.
Green Hills of Africa By, Ernest Hemingway - Second time I've read this one too. The only difference is that I still like this one.
Breakfast At Tiffany's By, Truman Capote - I was under the impression that this story was going to be something like 16 Candles or the Breakfast Club.... it wasn't. I liked it a lot. The book also included three other short stories by Capote; House Of Flowers, A Diamond Guitar, and A Christmas Memory. All good.
Currently reading;
Ernest Hemignway - The Short Stories
The Best Short Stories Of Mark Twain
And I'll never stop reading, Norton's Anthology of Short Fiction.
If there's a thread like this, I couldn't find it using the search tool.
