There are so many kick *** dvd's out there....but I have to say that my favorites are:
1) Ghostbusters; amazing extras...fully interactive menu, everything from the trailers to storyboards.
2) Goonies; The Commentary makes this so amazing. Getting to hear so many stories from the filming from the cast members makes this movie even more special to me now.
What's your favorites?

Unbreakable, man! I only own 12, but Unbreakable is completely awesome. Great deleted scenes (long, too. No short, crappy ones like in Hannibal), with some commentary before each by M. Night himself. I am still DYING for some kind of full-track commentary, though. I guess we won't be getting that. :(
I hope he springs for full-feature commentary on "Signs," and any other movies he does. I'd love to know more about the thought process going into each scene.

I would have to say:
Snatch - It's got a Pikey subtitle option just so you can understand what Brad Pitt is saying.
Unbreakable - Everything Chris said. I love the Alex Ross art card you get.
Dogma Special Edition - This is an awesome DVD. It's got like 300 deleted scenes introd by none other than Kevin Smith himself.
Armageddon Criterion Collection - Haven't even scratched the surface(no pun intended) on this thing, but has added scenes previously left out from the final cut, and a lot of other stuff.
Here's my complete list of DVD's:

El Mariachi is my favorite of the ones I own mostly because Rodriguez explains how he did everything, and I appreciated the information. The 10 minute film-school on the disc was quite helpful, too.

I've never seen El Mariachi, but I've seen Desperado. My favorite Antonio Banderas movie. The guitar case tricked out to look like it has a guitar in it...and of course, his two friends with the bazooka, and machine guns. Which one would you say is better?

I thought Desperado was the better movie, but when watching Mariachi it's hard to not be amazed at what all he was able to do with so little money.
Rodriguez is currenly making a third movie in this "trilogy" down in Mexico with Banderas starring as the Mariachi again. It may well be the best yet.

Sweet...
I always get a kick out of the look on his face when he sees what his friends have done with their guitar cases...LOL...and of course Salma Salma Salma...:D
