Enjoy (http://www.cleveland.com/search/index.ssf?/base/entertainment/1103711584253230.xml?ebnew).
Right out of my local newspaper. I hope Harry dies in number seven... I'm not saying I don't like him, I would just like to see him die. That's normal to think that, right?

I wonder if Harry lives if there will be 'Harry Lives' t-shirts like back in the 60's with the 'Frodo Lives'. 'Potter Lives' sounds better though. Hmmmm. . .interesting business prospect.

mmm interesting.....but he would have to live, I mean it is originally a children's story............woah....wait....wait...it's coming to me.... what would it be like if JK Rowling made Harry die right at the end, so all the kids were reading it after the release and about a week later suddenly children all over the world started crying and getting all upset about it.
Apart from the emotional scarring, it would be a sight to behold. The newspapers going nuts and the parent associations behaving similarily, come on Rowling go for it :D .
BTW thanks for the tip Moviemaker :)
thanks for the tip..can't wait until this one shows up....

I'm sure I'll dig into this one for sure. The last book kind of disappointed me, but 4 keeps my spirits alive.
I haven't seen the 3rd movie though. :(

It's the best one out of the three.

Only read the first two books, and only saw the first two movies. I'm far too behind to catch up.

Gets a thumbs up from me. I hope to be up to that book by the time it arrives.
I hope in this one he finally stops whining and does something cool. I also hope it's better than 1,2 and 5.

i like every one of em from 3 til 5. i didnt care for the first two but i kinda liked the movies but i agree with nitzer in saying that it is the best but the next movie isnt going to be good because the new director for it doesnt have a good track record. at least in my book he doesnt.

Hope this one is better than the first, second, third, fourth and fifth books and i actually have an incentive to read it, which i wont....unless of course Harry dies, then i'll just read the section where that happens

my nephew has been asking for this book every since he found out when its comming out...he has read all the others and has the dvd's......I myself like the movies but dont think i'll be reading any of the books. I'll just let my nephew fill me in on all the goods

Well he is a teenager after all isn't he and teenagers are moody and annoyingly dramatic with their whining and angry outbursts. I prefer the realness of a troubled teen than a unrealistic portayal of Harry simply staying the same all the time and I'm guessing there is more to come from JK.

But it was just so bloody annoying, im fully appreciative of him being a real teenager but it went on for ages and he was just being a bit of a wally

Yeah, I agree. It got real old after awhile- J.K. should just let him get laid and all problems will be solved... until they find out Hermione is pregnant. Hence, book 7:

I've enjoyed all the books and liked the movies well enough, but waiting so damn long in between releases, I've lost interest.
Oh well.

Oh well.At least it isn't as bad as the Dark Tower series. That took a long ass-time to right, correct? Or did you not exprience the waiting? My dad and I started late. Thank goodness, I don't think I could take waiting almost 22 years to complete the books. One book took him six years to write. AHH!!!!

I love all the books, especially the last one, the fight with Dumbledore and Lord V...oh my. I reckon Ol' Dumbly dies in this one, leaving a kind of Obi Won thing going on for the final book. "Play with your wand Harry, your Wand!"
Heres the two covers, first childrens one, then the adults. These are the British covers (I prefer them to the American ones :p )
