Thread Rating

I looked and I can't find it so I am going to ask it here. How may MoFos rate a thread? I noticed in the listing of my thread subscriptions that one of them is rated with I believe 2 stars.

Can someone tell me how that is done?

I don't rate threads, I look through them

In other words it seems as if the good threads usually have 30+ posts and include intelligence.
