As a handful of MoFos already know, I run a fan site centered around filmmaker M. Night Shyamalan (http://www.mnight.com/). I got an email on the 9th from the Vice President of Buena Vista Pictures Marketing. They seem to be handling the promotion of Shyamalan's newest film, The Village (http://www.mnight.com/village), which opens on July 30th.

In the email, I was offered an invitation to a special screening of "In the Director's Chair" with -- who else? -- M. Night Shyamalan himself. It's taking place tomorrow night.

The live presentation -- which will be broadcast via satellite to 41 theaters nationwide -- will be hosted by Good Morning America's Joel Siegel and will contain exclusive footage of Shyamalan's newest film, as well as a Q-and-A session. Getting free passes is exciting, but the icing on the cake is that the special invite included a chance to submit questions for Night -- something not afforded to all attendees.

I sent four, and heard back this morning that one of them's been chosen! I'll be third, and will get to ask Night the question directly over the phone while theatergoers all over the country listen in. Naturally, I feel like yelling and/or puking. If any of you want to attend, you can buy tickets online at the following URL:
