Freddy Vs. Jason
I could give you a load of crap and say this was the best horror movie ever. But I would be lying. This movie had its moments like all do. It had some good action and a little scariness but that was it. The movie never really did anything besides that. They really had a special idea and they let that fall apart. They didnt have very good acting beside Robert Englund and Kane Hodder. The reason why I didnt like this movie that much was because they focused to much on gore and sex and the battle between Freddy and Jason lasted about 20 minutes. The movie was suppose to be Freddy Vs. Jason not Freddy Vs. Jason and teenage kids. The movie was enertaining but it wasnt worth a 7 dollar movie ticket. Its a movie that you wait to come out then rent it for a dollar. I'm not saying this movie is horrible,I'm just saying its not great as people thought it would have been. I admit my expectations were high when I saw the previews but when I went to the theater and saw this I was disappointed.
My Final Grade On Freddy Vs. Jason Is B-

My thoughts?
Keep writing, but if they're short personal opinions like this one, then they might be better suited in the appropriate discussion threads about the particular movie in question.
If you want your review to be a bit longer, and less like a blurb, try elaborating on the acting, direction, cinematography, etc.
Good luck, and thanks for your nice comment in my review thread.

Do You Believe In Miracles?
Release Date: February 6 2004
Cast: Kurt Russell, Noah Emmerich, Patrick Brian O'Demsey
Type: Action/Drama
Length: 2hrs. 15min.
Rated: Pg
This is one of Americas heart warming and beloved sports stories. Its about a team of college kids going against the "Soviet Machine" (the best hockey team in the world) and beating impossible odds to win.
One of the strong points in this movie is the acting. Although most of the cast is unknown they did a really good job. Kurt Russell (Herb Brooks) did an excellent job as well as Patrick Brian O'Demsey (Micheal Eruzione) They did a great job! A lot of the cast in Miracle were first timers. But it didnt look like they were.
The hockey action is awsome. It makes you feel like your actually watching a real game. Its intense and fast paced. The hockey action was shot at great angles and I thought was one of the strong points in this movie.
Overall this movie is great. The story, the acting , the action. I also liked the direction of the movie. It was good. All in all, It all comes together in a flow to create one great movie.
My Overall Grade is A-

Halloween The Night He Came Home (1978)
Starring: Donald Pleasence, Jamie Lee Curtis, Nancy Loomis
MPPA Rating: R
Plot: Suspense/Horror
Perhaps the most influential and successful independent film ever made, HALLOWEEN is the movie that put director John Carpenter on the map as a viable filmmaker. An exercise in simple, pure horror, HALLOWEEN takes us into the world of a mad killer, Michael Myers, who at a very young age stabbed his older sister to death. Locked away for many years in a mental hospital Michael escapes one night and returns to his hometown to continue his killing spree. Jamie Lee Curtis, in her first role, plays the resourceful babysitter who is chased by the killer on Halloween night. Produced for very little money and a tight shooting schedule, HALLOWEEN was a stunning success when it was released. Written by John Carpenter and his longtime producer Debra Hill, the film set their careers on fire, with both of them working together many times over the next 25 years. The film also made a star out of Jamie Lee Curtis and turned the slasher movie into a viable, successful genre. HALLOWEEN has been copied, parodied and even turned into a franchise of its own, but the original is still considered the best of the bunch. HALLOWEEN was John Carpenter's first foray into horror, and remains the standard to which all other modern horror films are measured.
Making a movie on a $300,000 budget isn't exactly the easiest thing to do. But John Carpenter some how found a way to make this movie spectacular. Halloween is one of the best independent made films of all time. It is a scare classic and really redifined the slasher genre. The actors in this movie portrayed their roles well, especially Donald Pleasence (Dr. Sam Loomis). Jamie Lee Curtis (Laurie Strode) was also amazing in her role. They both made it seem like everything taking place was real. The mask is very well made. Its creepy and just is plain sick. But out of all the things in the movie, one stands out more than all of the others. John Carpenter's creepy score. This movie together is great. Its one of those movies which still stands out for its time.
Well Here It Is Enjoy :)

Cast and Credits

This film was probably the most contraversial movie ever made. There were many attempts to stop this from being made. But when I went in the theatre and saw it, I didn't really see what the big deal was.
Ok now back on the review. This movie is very gruesome and violent, and its a very powerful movie. It shows you what Jesus did for the sake of all of us. Caviezel (Jesus) did a spectacular job acting. So did others in the cast. Mel did a good job directing and I like how he kept it authentic using the Arabic language. Every thing was detailed especially when they nailed him which was very upsetting in the stomach for my sister. This movie is powerful, great, and sad all at the same time. Its an amazing picture. I would definitely recommend buying it.

Halloween 6: The Curse Of Michael Myers
Starring: Donald Pleasence, Mitchell Ryan, Marianne Hagan, Paul Rudd, Mariah O'Brien
Directed by: Joe Chappelle
MPAA Rating: R
Ok, I was a skeptical about this movie at first. I heard that it wasn't that good and that the P-Cut of this movie is a lot better. Despite this I bought the Dvd (well actually got it for Christmas). After watching it I that it was great and really saw no reason why it has gotten such a bad rep it has. I thought it was very well written and the thorn story doesn't really screw up anything in the Halloween Series. Paul Rudd (Tommy Doyle) did a really good job acting in this movie and yet again we got another stellar performance of the late Donald Pleasance. Michael's mask in this was ok but had could have had a lot of improvement. The other reason why this movie was good was that Michael was simply relentless in this movie. He was agressive and scary in this movie. If your a Halloween fan you will definitely like his killing style in this movie. The surgery room scene is one of the best scenes in this movie and is pretty awesome. The movie is not only cool but it is pretty scary and will give you a fun ride. If your even remotely interested in the slasher genre you will most likely enjoy this movie. It is my 2nd favorite Halloween movie and I would recommend renting or buying it. (Usually you can find it for $14)
