It seems hard to find this FAQ

I don't see any obvious way to navigate to these FAQs. I stumbled on to them via User CP>Edit Options>Thread Display Options>Thread Display Mode>click on 'this help page'

From there I edited the URL to read https://www.movieforums.com/community/faq.php

Maybe I'm missing something...shouldn't a link to these FAQs be more prominent, such as a sticky? (Unless I am just not seeing it.)

We weren't really using it, so I stopped linking it from places, but didn't think it was necessary to delete it entirely. Most people don't read FAQs and the important stuff is in sticky threads in the relevant forums (not that a lot of people read those, either).

People just don't read stuff, in general, is the takeaway. ;)
