I'm not a fan of images in the shape of a block/square on the front of tops, I like it to blend into the tshirt.

Tshirts suit anyone so yes for B. ;)

Not for me, but the faux "low effort" minimalist stuff seems to be in style so it's probably fine in general.

Was meant as completely neutral! :) I didn't/don't know if you made it or what. But obviously a plain white t-shirt with square photo is, from a pure design standpoint, about as straightforward as it gets. That's what I meant by the "low effort" part. The "faux" part is that a lot of very expensive shirts have designs meant to specifically look the same as something straightforward. Such is the weird cyclical nature of fashion.
