Apparently, large search engines such as Yahoo are being pressured for exercising first amendment rights. The article is short, but a good read. It concernes online gambling, or just the advertising of online gambling. Any thoughts on these actions by prosecutors?

I read the article and I think it is starting to sound a lot like the tabacco trials. Somewhere along the line somebody is going to get lucky enough to take a leap of faith and outrageously sue these online gaming corps, and s/he will be handsomely rewarded. And just like the major cigratte companies, they will use the run of the mill explinations "nobody forced you to gamble your money.... blah blah blah" . But as it becomes more and more of an epidemic, the public will soon believe they ought to pay up.... teach them a lesson and somewhere out there a fool who lost serveral thousand will be paid serveral million in settlements.
