And if so, what? walking and working out, a team-sport or extreme mountain climbing?

I was on the bowling team back when I was in college, but I stopped bowling after I hurt my wrist.

I use to free dive when on vacation, at someplace tropical. But after a deeper and too long of dive that I almost blacked out on, I stopped pushing the limits.

Yes. I play a lot of softball. A lot. Until a few weeks ago I was on nine teams, though two of those seasons ended so it's down to seven for the moment.

I played indoor volleyball over the winter, too.

I was always a poor athlete. I learned to play tennis through lessons, but was never more than an intermediate player. Love the sport, but haven't played in 20 years (I'm 65).

Slow pitch.

Even though I appear “sporty”, I’m not. If we’d had more tennis lessons at my prep school, that would have been ok. They started & then disappeared. Left then with the dreaded field hockey.

Two hours walk every day if possible. If not possible, then a shorter walk, but always something. Don’t know how to drive so walking is paramount. :)

Basketball use to be my sport but stopped playing in my early 20s and wouldn't be able to play now, but I do keep thinking about buying a portable hoop for the garden just to take shots on as that would be a fun form of exercise.

So at the moment no actual sports but I exercise, I use a rowing machine, exercise bike, walking treadmill and light dumbbells. Also if you count 'dancing'/moving around to rock and metal music then that too. :D

Apparently I look like a 'demented spider' when dancing...

How do you find the time to run this site and be on nine softballs teams?

Always been miserable at sports. A klutz. But my dad wanted my sister and I to learn to play tennis so he bought us lessons from a fairly early age. My sister plays to this day, I do not, haven't played in 20 years (I'm 65). I was never more than an intermediate player.

My building has a fitness center which I occasionally use. I also like to take long walks.

It's a few things. Building a lot of automated systems for the site helps. I also have flexible work hours. Occasionally I am impossibly busy, but other times I'm much less so, it ramps up and down.

The softball stuff is only a little over half the year, as well, so during the entire offseason I have a lot more free time.
