Goodbye for the next couple of days, unless something really bad is happening, then see you next week. I think.

It's a disease... it crawls under your skin and relentlentlessly drives you to come back again and again and again .....*screams fading away in the background*

I'd be interested to know also. Are you doing alright? Is your life changing so you can't be online? Let us know what prompted your decision.

A best friend of mine has passed away , and just being happy on MoFo at this moment doesn't seem right at the time. I'm sorry. :(
It's not that I can never be online ever again, it's that this is very devastating to me.....it will take me a while.

I'm trying to (slowly) get over the fact that he's gone. It's rough being on here after the fact. I left...I did not mean forever. It's kind of hard to be gone from this place, you all do make me smile.

No, this was not a stunt.

So what happened to him, J? Was he young? Sick? Accident? Did he love close by? Friend since childhood?

Take care of yourself, okay?

I knew him since Community College in New York, back in late 1993- early 1994. We became best buddies ever since. Unfortunately, 5 years ago I had to move here to Texas.
About a month ago, he started to tell me he didn't feel right, was dizzy, was nauseous and etc. It was back and forth that he felt worse and then alright. He left home the other night with his friends, going out and he was driving and he didn't feel well . He got dizzy (from what one of his friends say) and the car smashed into a telephone pole. Only one of his friends survived.
I got a phone call from his mom telling me this and I wasn't ready for it. I cried my eyes out like hell.
He was 30 years old. I miss him, may he rest in peace

Jason. God. I'm really sorry. I know that MoFo might not be a place where you can confide in people. I know that showing your true feelings here might not seem like it's worthwhile. But, Jason all of us that know you here really, really like you, and we are truly sorry for your loss. It's difficult for you right now--shocking--please trust us Jason.

I am truly sorry you lost a friend Jay… losing those we care about is never easy… and it makes me sad that you felt the need to leave instead of just sharing your loss with us…

I'm very sorry to hear about your friend. My heart goes out to you and the families of the men that were lost in that accident. What a horrible tragedy.

No matter how devastated you are by this...just remember you have friends here that are good shoulders to lean on. MoFo isn't just a place for fun, but can be a good source of support also.

Sorry to hear about your loss.

To See The World
To see the world in a grain of sand,
And Heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand
And eternity in an hour.

He who binds himself to a joy
Does the winged life destroy;
He who kisses joy as it flies
Lives in eternity's sun rise.

I know, it's just like I said .....it's hard at first to even talk to anyone. Thank you everyone for letting me handle this until I returned and for the caring remarks. I appreciate it.
