Bacon or Sausage

Just like the pancakes/waffles question, what is your main go to breakfast meat of choice? Is it bacon? Or is it sausage?

Bacon probably. But it's always good to alternate so you don't get burned out. But as far as sausage goes what about patty or link? Turkey or pork? Jimmy Dean or Owens? I remember as a kid watching an Owens sausage commercial featuring a lady in a white dress and pearls cooking breakfast. And you couldn't beat those Jimmy Dean commercials with the man himself shilling his product.

Turkey bacon, prefer the taste.

Don't eat a lot of red meat especially pork but it would be sausage over bacon.

Bacon, but mostly because most bacon tastes the same (or close enough that I'm willing to risk ordering it). Sausage tastes and flavors can vary greatly (links versus patties, one brand over another, etc.).

But honestly, I won't say no to either one. :D
