I have been using 321 Studios XCopy Express for some time to make backups of my comprehensive DVD collection. However recently there was a court decision in the US which has stopped 321 Studios from selling (or distributing) the software with a ripper. This means that the software can no longer backup copywrited DVD's. My problem/question is that I lost my hard drive last week and while I have a licence for this product, they (321 Studios) are unable (due to the court ruling) to supply me with the pre Feb 26th 2004 version ... obviously I did not have it backed up. If anyone can help me get a copy of this old version it would be much MUCH appreciated!

Get DVDfab. It will do everything Xcopy will do and can still decrypt your DVD's. http://www.dvdfab.com/ You can download a free trial to test it.

Thanks. I'll give it a try.
Have you used DVDCloner? I had problems with this one!

I actually use DVDdcrypter if a dvd will fit all on one disk. If not I will use DVDShrink of DVD2one to shrink down if movie itself is over the 4.3 gig limit. If it is a lot bigger than the 4.3 gigs I will use either DVDfab if I want everyting, which will split it over 2 DVD's, or I will use DVD2one and split just the movie into two parts and burn to 2 DVD's with just the movie.
Thanks. I'll give it a try.
