Yeah, I miss being in a work place where pools were a staple. Miss March Madness pools the most I think.

Yeah, I like the confidence points format. Done that on yahoo a couple times.

No. So what you do is pick straight but bet points based on how confident you are in that game. I think usually up to ten. Another way it’s played is rank your confidence 1-16 on each game that week.

I used to think that way about the Browns but they somehow pissed away all those good feelings they had accrued.

Arrowhead is bucket list shit, let alone a season opener. Their tailgate is insanely fantastic and then the Chiefs bring their C game. Damn they are so sweet, best hosts ever!

I chose Detroit in my other Pick 'Em league, too, and that one has moolah payouts. There are forty people in that one, I was one of only six who didn't take KC.
So who else can tell I don't see whose favored each week when I make my picks?! This is why I don't gamble.
8th out of 11. Well I made the right choice not being involved with the football pool at work this year lol

I am somehow staying at the top of this league and in my other pick-'em league I am two off of the leader, tied with one other person with the same score. Last week was brutal. There seems to be one of those every year where there are six or seven big upsets all at once.

I was top of the leader board during the first part of the season. I faded a bit, I think I was briefly in third place for a week, but I have come back to be tied for the lead!

I opened up a two-game lead, but this last week is gonna be especially tough to call with all of the starters who are sitting on those teams that are already in the playoffs.

Don't call it a comeback.
I only went 9 for 16 in Week 18, but not surprisingly it was a very tough week to pick with so many teams resting starters or having nothing to play for.
It is still telling me to make picks for the first round of the playoffs, so maybe it isn't over until the Super Bowl?

Yeah, I set it up through playoffs. Holden, you crushed it, congratulations. I am still satisfied since I whooped my boys into submission a few weeks ago. :)
