Being 29 years old myself this movie hit too close to home. Just like Logan I felt in danger of speedy disappearance. It's always convenience to have a beautiful woman to help you while you're on the run. The actress who plays his love interest is also the woman in American werewolf in London which is a brilliant film. The movie has a so bad it's good quality about it as well and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

In the UK the film doesn't look like it's available as part of any streaming service apart from to rent or buy. Not sure about the U.S. or elsewhere. There is a really good Blu-ray release (https://amzn.to/3ZXkTl2) as part of Warner's Premium Collection range though. I might have to get it now that you've brought it back to my attention. I haven't seen it in ages but a friend recently ranked it amongst his top sci-fi films of the 1970s and 1980s (https://www.top10films.co.uk/83857-top-10-science-fiction-films-from-1970-to-1989/).
