Damm where to start. Well visually this is incredible as expected, apart from that the dialogue somehow managed to be more uncomfortably cheesy than the first film. Masterpiece quotes such as "The most dangerous thing about Pandora is you may grow to love her too much" and who can forget when Kate Winslets character starts crying over a dead over grown fish and says "She was my spirit sister" which I admit made me laugh. I liked tribe leader of the water clan but I lost all respect for his character when he allowed his heavily pregnant wife to charge into battle and gave into her reckless and poor decision making. The laughable thing was you can tell the director James Cameron was trying to give the scene a sense of female empowerment so I guess there's nothing more empowering that seeing a heavily pregnant woman fight on a chaotic battlefield. Tbh If I was in his position dealing with a crazy blue chick that was risking my unborn child I would have my guards keep her from going anywhere and when the battle was over and my child was born, I'd have her banished immediately. Over all it was entertaining.
