James Bond movies are as dumb as they are entertaining and MECHANIC: RESURRECTION delivers the same...while being A LOT dumber to the point of being "comical dumb".
Except for those 30-45 minutes of shameful and completely useless romance and love-making between The Transporter and that Alba-Girl, the movie is pretty entertaining.
I know, i know! They need to do those romantic love-scenes so that the audience is getting that feeling and starts to root for her (or the drama-part of the movie), but this thing just doesnīt work with me no more and is a little over-used here, in my opinion.
It (those love-and-drama thingies) worked somehow a little (to some point) in James Cameronīs TITANIC but it does not work in a Transporter-Movie like this one, especially when it is used way too much.
So i give 3.5 out of 5 kewl Jason "The Transporter" Statham facial expressions (+0.5 thanks to one of the coolest and most entertaining assassination-scenes in movie history!)
