I don't know how to define heavy, let alone heaviest, but I think these are heavy:

I'm sure I can come up with others with a little more time.

heavy will obviously mean something different to everyone but this is my boring go-to answer

Pig Destroyer, second only to Napalm Death in terms of consistent grind quality.

Also, I assume you're a metalhead too, Keyser?

Serious metalhead. I don't wanna brag but I'll be honest. In the last 9 1/2 years I've heard over 10,000 albums in my free time, that's roughly three new ones a day. Many days I've done more. 2,000 of those are metal albums. Number one is Ride the Lightning.
EDIT: Btw, Pleasure to KIll is super heavy. Too heavy. The songwriting improved on later albums during their classic stage.
City by Strapping Young Lad. It's like sticking your head in a jet engine.
Here's the opening track.

Was gonna suggest Nile's Annihilation of the Wicked as a contender, but I see it's already been suggested! Well done.
Also, respect for Terrifyer. Such a great album.
