I think Peter prefers to be called his brother rather than sequel. :D

One of the better turns that the show took was revealing that Jon was effectively the rightful heir to the throne and had actually developed a sense of leadership that might've made him a good ruler only to get shafted because the powers that be decided to stop relying on the divine right of kings to guide the kingdom, shutting down the whole idea of him being the story's "chosen one" in the process. That and having him end up back on the Night's Watch (which is where he wanted to go and arguably did the most good anyway) seemed like as good a conclusion to the character's arc as any, so obviously the idea of trying to do a follow-up sounds very unnecessary.
