One of the most influential people in the German Electronic music scene that also included Kraftwerk and Tangerine Dream passed away two days ago. His album "X" is one of the most brilliant electronic albums out there. He's basically Germany's Vangelis.

R.I.P. His records frequented my record player in my 20's and they still will. In addition to X, I recommend Timewind, Moondawn and Mirage to those who are interested in discovering his music.

:(
He's a featured part of my lunchtime nap playlist, which is not meant as a dig.
