Fantasy buff!

Hi. I found my way here by looking for information on a movie... I don't go to the theatre to see movies very often, but have full access (although late!) to movies on HBO, Cinemax and the like. Just thought I'd do a brief introduction of what I'm about and maybe get some input on where to go from here. This forum is a little different than where I am used to hanging out (Ringquest, anyone here from there?) and could use some pointers. Looking forward to meeting some new people!

Most of the movies I've seen lately are fantasy based (Lord of the Rings trilogy) or some kind of fun escape, like Pirates of the Caribbean. I'm not very much into the movies that usually get voted for Oscars. I couldn't stand Moulin Rouge, or Titanic, and wasn't that crazy about Pearl Harbor! Give me something light hearted, or exciting (like Armaggedon or Independence Day and I'm happy. Although I occasionally get sucked in by a well done tear-jerker. ;)
