Probably started as Native but now taken over by all the angry immigrants because life in a wealthy European country hasn't been the cakewalk they expected.

Apparently the immigrants don't care about things that might be considered sacred by native French people , as the attack on the arc de Triomphe suggests . Or maybe in the spirit of liberalism the native French themselves don't care .
