Has anyone here ever heard of competitive endurance tickling? No? Well...Have I got something for you!

This just cropped up recently on Aussie netflix. Directed and narrated by David Farrier who I'm basically referring to as Louis Theroux 2.0.

He does a brilliant job on this...Delivering something that quite repeatedly makes you feel pretty uncomfortable and a bit awkward at times. Overall...Its a good watch if you're in to those messed up documentaries that shine a light on the more insane side of human life.

Yes it's insane. Starts off as just an odd fetish for people to gawk at and if it stayed there i would have found it boring but then it turns into some elaborate dark conspiracy. Entertaining as hell but probably not something i'd watch again, the main villain of the doc has since died.

If by more insane side of human life you're purely talking about the dude and his methods i agree but the tickling fetish in itself is just some harmless thing that gets people off, as long as it's between consenting adults then whatever. I liked that they showed the tickling porn director as he was obviously a sane person in a culture we find weird which shows it's harmless, it's just something peculiar that some find enjoyable. I mean there's been just as much shadiness in conventional porn through the years.

Very true, and yes I was hinting at the way the shady main character goes about satisfying his need for control of other people.

As for the tickling...Yeah, it can seem weird and its personally not my thing, but hardly a shock to the system.

I saw it last Christmas and quite liked it. I really liked its transition from one of those 'look at these wacky people' documentary's to a dark conspiracy thriller.
