Just finished this, and really enjoyed it. Fascinating story, well acted, and now I get why a friend of mine made vague Unabomber jokes at my (correct) use of a certain phrase that I won't mention for spoilers. **** YEAH FORENSIC LINGUISTICS!
Anyone else dig this?

Binged the whole thing in one night. :D
Parts of it reminded me of Citizen X (obviously not in a frustrating Soviet way), but a more modern, American version of bureaucratic "no"'s etc.

Really enjoyed it. Binged over 2 days.
Particularly enjoyed it for the fact that I knew very little about the Unabomber, obv parts of it are dramatized but it was a brilliant piece of TV.
It has a kind of Manhunter vibe going on but it's way longer. Probably best thing on Netflix last year along with the Crown.

I have one episode left. I think it's good. Fincher really set the tone for all these films/shows.

I know it's a show, but is this a historic portrayal, or a fictionalized or loosely based account of Ted Kaczynski?

It tries to be accurate but it's not a documentary and needs drama aspects, so some interviews are made up/didn't quite happen that way.

It certainly gave me more insight into the whole ordeal.

Just watched first episode last night. Looking forward to getting hooked on this.
Just finished the first episode. Think it's one of the worst things i've ever watched. Does it suddenly get great in the second episode or something? Or is it interesting story i'm not familiar with so it's enjoyable? Coz everything about it was terrible and i doubt i'll watch any further unless the first episode is just bad like Parks and Rec Season 1 or something.
