I decided to stop wasting my time eating so now I am on Huel. It's like Soylent but healthier. I can have a lunch in 3-4 minutes now and don't waste time doing the dishes or anything. Amazing.
Not suggesting you switch, especially if what you're doing is already working, but there's something (kinda?) similar called MealSquares (http://www.mealsquares.com/). I tried them for a bit. If you're specifically looking for some kind of low-effort full-nutrient meal replacements and still shopping around, might be worth a look.
You really want to eat soylent green?
How bizarre. Food is one of the great pleasures in life...

Does that soylent have a green tint to it by any chance, because if it does...

Good luck!
I don't think I'd be ready for a full jump to all-replacements, but I do have a soylent pretty much every morning these days (just not a fan of eating in the morning, never was).
They are also amazing replacements for those moments where I want a snack but I'm also lazy, and I'd otherwise eat junk. I'll evangelize to anyone who will listen that they should have some form in their life.

I would be careful about completely switching to foods like that. Substituting a meal is fine and might in fact be better for your body, but I think there are benefits you lose by not chewing such as coating your food with saliva and producing digestive enzymes in your stomach.
Also,
I can have a lunch in 3-4 minutes now and don't waste time doing the dishes or anything. Amazing.
you mean to tell us the two main reasons you are switching your diet is speed and convenience of not washing the dishes? Maybe I am reading too much between the lines here, but there has to be more behind your switch than that. Hmmm...:skeptical:
All I can think now is churrasco. Definitely cooking slow roasted lamb on the BBQ for tonight. Come over, guapo

I've been having my lunch in 3 or 4 minutes for years. The name behind the technique is descended from a snack that the earl of Sandwich asked his staff to make him so that he didn't have to leave his card game.

Another bizarre Guap thread....
This thread made me wake up from my slumber. Like others have said, Guap I think you should re-consider it.

Poor Ted.
Now after watching BreBa, I feel like my general culture go up a notch.
I'll take a chicken Los Hermanos over any diet.

I still think it's hilarious that company named it Soylent.

bwahahahaha. So do I!
I think I may try this Huel stuff. I'd been looking at 310 nutrition shakes, but the huel may be more complete. But I doubt I can use it to totally replace meals, more like replace 3/4 of two meals a day, which would be fine for me. As long as I don't find myself taking in too many calories. I don't know how in the world someone would use it to totally replace food altogether, and it seems like you'd run the risk of your bowel movements beginning to resemble a six month old's.
What I want is a wafer like food bar that tastes great, expands in your stomach to give you a feel of fullness, is good for digestion, and contains all the needed nutrients. Now that would make life easier. That meal square thing Yoda posted ain't it, but maybe it's coming in the near future.

Well I haven't completely replaced food with it but about half of the calories I consumed over the past month have been Huel.
I think it's very practical because I eat one of two meals in the office and it's much easier to just have some powder food and mix with water than buying fast food or bringing in food from home.

How is it on your colon? I'd be concerned I couldn't poo each day.

I am of the type that poos after eating, usually 2 to 3 times a day.
Huel and Soylent are said to make you poo more compared to a carb heavy diet because they have a lot of fibers. Although in my case I haven't noticed a difference.
