It premiered just a couple hours ago. Share your thoughts on it after you've seen it!

I'll make sure to watch a stream soon. It could be good, it could be bad. Either way, I'll give it a shot at least.

Guess I'll be the first...

PROS:

Scrooge's characterization.
Donald's parts.
Some of the humor worked.
Launchpad (who had a satisfyingly similiar voice)
Glomgold (once I got used to him)
The visuals in some spots.
The story.
Scrooge's voice fits, even though it's not nearly as good.

CONS:
The nephews' characterization (Dewey got a bit more interesting later on, but the others I could care less about)
Webby being WAY too different from the original (unlike many I actually enjoyed her cutesy nature, they could have combined that and her badassery, not just change her entirely altogether)
Miss Beakley's voice
The ending (which felt rushed and unsatisfying, not grandiose like the original's pilot)
The pacing could be slow at times.

In total I rated it an 7.5, which is lower than the original's premiere (which I gave 9/10), but still show there's some potential to be found. It was pretty good.

Also, where the hell was Alfred?

Same.

Ducktales: Treasure of the Lost Lamp or whatever it's called is one of those movies i don't dare revisit coz i know i won't enjoy it as much as an adult. It's a perfectly preserved childhood memory.

Scrooge McDuck (and I am a bit biased with that being a David Tennant fan) and Launchpad were great! I know that the trio had non-duck voices and I got a bit annoyed at first, but it grew on me. I liked the premiere :)
