First off i wanna say that i really liked the fast and the furious, it might not ahve been the most clever film in the world but it was still really enjoyable.

Just seen this film and i gotta say im not impressed. The plot isnt really anything great, and the villain is pretty damn lame, the whole set-up of the two good guys and the big villain and his heavys really does feel like something from a straight to video film.

I wanna say too the score is pathetic, the first film had a great pumpin score that really worked, here its gone. The absence of vin diesel is also a let down because this time theres nobody to save the film from doom. Walker also seems to be asleep throughout.

The stunts are also absurd, a nissan skyline cannot jump 70 feet in the air at 120pmh and land on solid ground and keep driving. Also the big finale stunt is so desperate, its hard to even take as humour, and it one particular scene where 100's of expensive cars appear on screen at once well thats when u finally realise it ....

Realise what? That its just a very expensive way to drive around cool cars before blowing them up, oh yea theres a film in there too, apparently.

5/10.

Both of them had a ****ty plot glistened with shirtless guys and big busted poorly acting females. No point, no plot, and no script made both films sink to the low-brow category. Hisss to anyone who can sit through this and not injure themselfs afterwards!

I agree that the plots in both were bad, but to say all of the actors of both movies were bad isnt ture, michelle rodriguez is a fine actor, and vin diesel has uptapped potential, also part one was well directed with a good thumpin soundtrack, part 2 just failed altogether.
