The Wall, Mexico and solar panels

In an apparent attempt at some semblance of being politic Trump style, as an apparent sop to Mexico President Trump proposes that the wall includes solar panels. (A sort of greenie meanie.) “That way,” the president advises, “Mexico will have to pay much less money.” (I’m uncertain what he means by this. Perhaps he means we’ll deduct the presumed energy savings such will engender for us from the cost of building the wall.)

I’m sure Mexico is ecstatic.
