I get told on the net sometimes I am nothing but a loser,
But I'd rather be missin' than a flashy showy poser
Who cares if I am not a shining perfect image of myself,
I'm not trying to sell out like all your itty-bitty cellph...
... ones. Going straight ahead my own road,
Just go pickin' up my own broad
She's not judging who I am,
Other wheelers all like my jam

Go away with all your notes about me,
Shi't is your approval!
Go away with all your notes about me,
Shi't is your approval!
Go away with all your notes about me,
Shi't is your approval!

Go to hell,
Back to your empty shell
I am who I am bitch,
Don't want you hanging by like a leech
I teach,
From my speech
I know my words are more than good enough for anyone else but you,
So get yourself on the stove 'cause I will make you fuc'kin' stew
Know now how little your input matters,
Victory you won't be tastin' just my batters

Go away with all your notes about me,
Shi't is your approval!
Go away with all your notes about me,
Shi't is your approval!
Go away with all your notes about me,
Shi't is your approval!

How about makin' a change,
That won't be feelin' any strange
Feed the poor ones ***** a hobo,
But don't expect me to be one to go to
Your time is over being judge,
Move your ass over, budge, budge!

Go away with all your notes about me,
Shi't is your approval!
Go away with all your notes about me,
Shi't is your approval!
Go away with all your notes about me,
Shi't is your approval!

I give you my words, my words are true enough

Sometimes I ask a girl if maybe, maybe she could think I'm weird
If I'm wired, sound too tired, sounding odder than desired
Stress is eating me inside out
"Pose and pout"
Is that who I am?
Why should I give a damn?
Why should I care if I am normal
Not everything can be so formal
But why can't I be different without any imprisonment
I don't know who I want to be
Should be
Could be
Would be
I'm watching myself with my own eyes
And looking back at my tries
To be quirky but cohesive
And not being sleazy
Take a slice of that
Look at dat
A slice of cheese
Am I being cheesy?
"I care about you, feel about you, know how great you are
Like a sparkling star
Like me please for who I am
'Cause I don't know how I can not be
Crazy one or other way"

Yeah
Yeah
Ain't no other way
Yeah
Yeah
Just say what I can say
And hope it doesn't break me up (Break me up, break me up, break me up, break me up, break me up...)

From inside out...

Right now I just have a small collection of rhymes, but hopefully I can flesh these out more:

Everyday’s a new day
I spend em all in pain
Everyday’s a new day
They drivin’ me insane
Everyday’s a new day
I spend em all the same
Everyday’s a new day
I’m losin’ at this game

See my name on the marquee?
Brought new meaning to beauty
I'm dat bad bitch with the goatee
Brought down the Illuminati

Out here sipping Baja Blast
Man oh man, I hope my week ends fast
I’ll cash my check
Make fun of Glenn Beck
And what the heck
Yeah, I’ll take that bet
Since I ain’t lost yet
Ah ****, now I gotta sell the Vette

Good idea for a thread . We got some pretty fine rapper poets here.

I haven't come up with my own rap song yet- but I think I' ll post the very first rap song anyone's ever heard. Really- pioneer stuff. I think it's from a movie too, so it should fit right in here.

( I know , I know; sometimes
I think I' m having just a little too much fun here on mofo. ;) )

[Folk bit]

Yeah, let me tell ya a story
About a man named Tonie Bard
He went insane the other day
Tried to go to the psych ward
Well, they turned him away
But not from failure to pay
They said "boy you just too hard"
Now he's down at Shoney's
Cooking up some lard

Yeah, Tonie is a roamer
He travels all around
And even tho he's older
He ain't gunna settle down
He's gunna travel this land
All through the years
Until he understands
That fighting tears
And hiding fears
Doesn't make you a man

[Hip-hop part will go here]
