Most of the box sets I see on Amazon or Walmart at least have some semblance of sense. Either a certain theme, a certain director, actor, genre etc.

This one just took a bunch of movies from 2004 and stuck them together. My guess is it is some kind of bootleg.

I can see more sense in that though, two oddball films about youth even if the tone is very different.

As said the compilation in the OP is almost certainly a bootleg, most obviously you'd not get the mix of child friendly films and Troy/Kill Bill with a higher rating.
