I laughed at your censored comment at the end of your pirates review :up:. Very disappointing because I really want to support this because it was filmed in my country and just because Geoffrey Rush (added bonus of Javier s well).

Loved your reviews of Hidden Figures and Fences...I said the same thing you did about Hidden Figures...why didn't I learn any of this in my history class in high school? You liked Fences a little more than I did...it was a little too much photographed stage play for my tastes, but Viola Davis was superb.

I've been debating for weeks as to whether or not I want to watch this movie and your review really didn't help, but Dwayne Johnson has NEVER disappointed me so I will probably give it a look at some point, but I'm in no rush about it. Liked your review though.

Great question! I would say that anyone can enjoy this film (especially if you like westerns, a-la Unforgiven) There are some moments that without seeing the original 3 X-Men films you might be left out on, however it stands on its own for sure. Let me know what you thought about it after you've seen it!

I really enjoyed that as usual, more than I enjoyed the movie. Great looking film and woody rocks that egg shell blonde fro as always but the little beatnik chimp with the hoody and beanie made me want to give him a clip across the ear every time he was on screen. That made me feel bad.
