What does the ending scene in the movie Basic Instinct actually mean?
After the killer has been caught by the police, we see in the last scene a very suspenseful, sex scene. Can somebody explain the ending of that to me? Does it mean the real killer is not caught after all?
we are made to think it s catherine tramell and then we have evidence showing how dr beth garner is a criminal and like the head of department at sfpd says: you just can t tell about people can you? even the ones you know inside and out while looking at nick curren.
is there subplots for the film that we should go outsidr of what we see in the script and that the story goes beyond that dr beth and tramell have history still going on and that two of them are killers....?
can anyone explain, thx
