This was gonna be a long post, and its turning into a story. THIS IS NOT A SCATHING STORY ABOUT ANYONE. Please, I just wanted to write about it. PLEASE do not be offended, Im especially candid about myself too. I thought there was a story here, so I just went for it :)

Think of these as Cliff Notes to Survivor 4: LATVERIA, a cautionary tale to all those thinking of running a game. S4 was almost 5,0000 posts long, took an entire month to finish, and was possibly the most never ending organic drama that has ever occurred at MoFo.

So back in February 2016 after going to the MoFo Final in FFB for the 2nd year in a row, and losing again but by only 1.32 points :mad: :bawling:, I decided I wanted to run a Survivor game to pass time till baseball season. We hadnt had a Survivor here since S3, and some attempts never got off the ground. I didnt care, I had a hair up my ass and went for it full boar making a "comic bookish" OP for the thread, with description of game, and the theme would be Latveria, the kingdom of Doctor Doom (my character in Survivor 3 - Doctor TONGO). I figured Doom in his kingdom was the perfect theme/villain for a group of Survivors to overcome.

Enrollment was swift. People bit at the theme, there was no restrictions what character they wanted to play, and we had an assortment from Lucille Bluth from Arrested Development to Freddy Krueger to Judge Judy to Jesus Christ :facepalm:. With the thread energy was able to get total of 18 players. Most ever for a starting Survivor game. I was feeling strong and bulletproof. Most people were roleplaying their characters, Sexy was especially getting-into describing how he would end every contestant as Freddie....

Beginning Exodus

First challenge actually went off without a hitch, I thought. There did seem to be a light turnout. I used a Guessing Game Id come up with at another site which no longer exists (screw you "Org"), a Guessing Game where a clues given and you have to guess what film by ONLY asking questions that can be answered Yes or No. I thought it would be a challenge we could use all throughout the game. :nope:

The next day I find out the reason we had a light turnout for the immunity challenge was everyone in Europe was in bed asleep. :facepalm: I wasnt mindful of the timezones, and got the info so I could schedule challenges accordingly. Then the first tribal council - HalfAngel Christ was voted out, the first member of the jury

Then Sexy quit the game for personal reasons, AND THEN 7thson comes into the thread saying hes gonna be hella busy for a stretch, and he and HAngels power was out all day and into the night which is why she couldnt fight for herself during Tribal Council, and he was quitting. We lost 3 players in 3 hours. Thankfully Sean suggested letting HAngel back in since 7th quit, like a switch. I said ok, everyone agreed, and HalfAngel Christ came back from the dead. BaDmCh!!

The Neverending Reward Challenge

16 players - Reward Challenge - whoever wins this reward gets to know every single players secret power in the game, a one time Reward to never be offered again. I give out the clue.....after about a pages worth of questions I realized I was looking at the wrong movie in the wrong browser (I had a bunch open comparing which film I could go with and forgot to close one), gah! Challenge restart! Do over! I admitted to having the wrong date, found a new movie, and we began again...

Confession - I forgot to close that #$@! browser that screwed up the last challenge, even when I had a new window open to search for another movie. When I realized I had made the same exact mistake with the do over challenge, no artist could capture the look of horror on my face then.

I started the challenge over....for the third time. During all this chaos people were hitting me with 5 Y or N questions per post, and whoever guessed the movie incorrectly was eliminated, and then Id had to restart the challenges, let everyone eliminated back in, inform them they were back in, ..so it was chaotic. People were even coming into the thread with other peoples avatars just to break their balls. :yup:

3rd and last attempt at the Reward Challenge I had made sure to close that window, and I was still frazzled, it was going ok though. The clue was "A professional must complete a job before he retires too late".

Optimus guesses Gone In 60 Seconds - eliminated. I had eliminated so many players from the challenge and People were still asking "how do you play the game" questions besides the normal Y or N questions too. Dan guessed Se7en - eliminated. Optimus guesses HEAT - correct! I go to make a long drawn out pretty post announcing him the winner, and send off the list of everyones secret powers to him in PM.

I go back in the thread and see how people thought Optimus was eliminated.....because he had been! Optimus thought it was funny he guessed the film when he was supposed to keep quiet after being eliminated and was laughing about getting the answers in his PM box.

Ive got all the power in my inbox suckers.

I hit him with the hard line Ive operated under in game campaigns that had lasted for years. the same line while Im working on a sales floor and catching someone scamming, and kicked him out of the game. Optimus was shocked, and people went quiet.

After Optimus said HEAT then Camo had said HEAT. It very much looked like Camo was just copying what Opti said, and so I didnt allow Camo to be the winner. Even now looking at the thread thats what appeared to have happen. Camo was pissed, and THEN Sexy comes into the thread saying how HalfAngel shouldnt be back in the game cause he eliminated her?! :eek: Started calling it "SURVI-URGH!" Then when Camo knew I wasnt going to give him the reward - he quits. His hidden immunity idol went back into play.

We went from 18 to 14 players and had only one tribal, where the person voted out (HA) was let back in cause of her power outage. EVERYONE in game agreed to that in PM, except Sexy who wasnt sent one cause he quit. I tried getting more players. SilentVamp and NedStark were interested, but Vamp was leery cause the game was already going, and Ned couldnt and still doesnt understand the rules. Regardless of the howling and bitching that suddenly became a background sound to the game, I was determined.

You know this has gotten so ugly so fast, that Im damned determined to finish this game.

Then Sexy wanted to play again. He suggested we do away with teams, and I liked the idea because the overall number of players was in constant flux. Not all bit at that though. We all talked about restarting the game. This time he was playing Little Richard. A page later he decided on Jason (Friday the 13th). I dubbed him with the name Random Sexy, and truly that is his name as he kept changing his character even as a Host later. Like HalfAngels return, everyone agreed in PM to letting Sexy back in, but not a unanimous vote to "start over"....so we were moving forward as is, blemishes and all.

So I started the same Reward Challenge again, for the FOURTH time. I kept saying it was being restarted for a third time but more out of shame. Again, the reward would be to know everyones secret powers. The challenge thankfully went on without a hitch, Sexy won! I sent Sexy the list of everyone secret powers, and he posts the entire thing in the game thread for everyone to see.

Sexy targets TUS & TONGOs reeling

Gatsby had the Teleport power and used it to switch HalfAngel and TUS from their tribes. Immediately TUS started grousing how it was Sexys idea. Sexy started saying it was Sexys idea, and the two bickered for a few pages...I cant print what they said here, It got a lil gross at one point. Immunity Challenge and from the way TUS was talking in thread he was a one man show for his tribe, cause they brought him to lose a challenge and eliminate him. Challenge starts and it goes off without a hitch (I must like that expression) and TheUsualSuspect won the challenge!

Looking at the date, the game had only been going for lil less than 2 weeks, then Swan drops out of the game, and his reasonings were the purest as hes never played Survivor since. He didnt want to hurt his friends feelings, and to play Survivor correctly you have to vote out all your friends except maybe one, maybe. The end result - I like Swan. I know from this what value he puts on friendship. ;)

At the time though I didnt know what to think other than I was such a crap host people just wanted out. I was shook up over how many people dropped out those first couple weeks. There was alot of energy still, surprisingly coming from a newbie! It seemed Sexy Celebrity finally had some spotlight competition....

I have now become fully accustomed to my new name, CiCi Bluth, in honour of this teenage homosexual I met in the North of England a short while back whilst in pursuit of Julie Walters. The director of Billy Elliot, Stephen Daldry, had originally wanted me cast as Billy's teacher, because of my legendary dance skills, that I had acquired from Gene Kelly whilst I was having an affair with him in the 60s. Anyway, my bitch of a daughter, Lindsay, had sent me to the Betty Ford clinic so I couldn't partake. Then that slut Julie got an Oscar nom out of it that should have been mine!

So in mid 2015, I flew to England and began a manhunt after I dumped Annyong on Lucille Austero's doorstep. I knew Walters must have been savage if she'd mess with the likes of me, so I travelled north, because I heard it's a savage land up there. Eventually, I hit a small city, and met a young man who shared my passion for cocktails. I got so sh!tfaced that night that I got a ride back to the hotel in an ambulance!

It was only now I got reminded of him because in desperation and dehydration, I attempted to make a sex on the beach consisting of my mouth wash, some tinned peaches, a couple of red berries I found on a bush outside, and a tangerine. The memories just flew right back!

In the game, a lot of random ***** went down again, it's no wonder I daydream like this!

During this time HalfAngel took it upon herself to find that old hidden idol which went back into play when Camo quit. Problem was, Nope had already found it, and didnt tell anyone, so I knew she was wasting her time. I felt awful knowing she was guessing every movie under the sun, PMing me daily, and if shed ever did guess the right one, then all she'd learn is that someone found it before her :facepalm:

I reread Godoggos Survivor 3 game thread and felt better about myself. She was having problems with people dropping out in the game too. So I felt recharged, and decided to put the game back in order. NO TEAMS! Done with that, I merge all remaining 13 players together in one tribe. All Reward and Immunity Challenges would be individual. Nobody complained as the events, mood, and atmosphere showed the time was right for it.

Great tempo and intensity when a Guessing Games done right, I wont be surprised if TUS uses it in his game. Reading thru the challenges I see how I would forget the restrictions on questions, and many times certain folks got away with it, shameful! :tsk: Rauld was actually hitting me with letters, and I must have been in a chronic brainfart cause Im STILL answering Yes or No.... spelling out the title!!! :facepalm: :bawling: Needless to say Ive tweaked the Guessing Game formula since this time.

Reward Challenge, the prize is a secret advantage in the game. HalfAngel wins a Reward Challenge and Sexy grouses cause shes supposed to have been voted out, then TUS retorts he was supposed to have quit :lol: Since everyone is on at the same time, Im running it right after the Reward Challenge. Sexy wins the Immunity anyway guessing The World According To Garp, the 2nd film I used from my top ten. ;) For the game, everything seemed back on track. They were going to vote someone out, and TUS looked done for.

The Great Hypno F.U.B.A.R.

The secret advantage HalfAngel won was an extra vote, and she used it. There were 13 players, 14 votes. There were 2 things that saved TheUsualSuspect that day. One was he had an extra vote too as he was cheating, and playing with an alternate account "Wolfsbane". The second was me screwing up the execution of the Hypnotize power.

Hypnotize when used is supposed to make someone else vote how you want, they can even vote for themselves AND NOT KNOW IT <<<THAT was the fubar because I thought the person would know they were hypno'd and could respond with powers too, if applicable. I have forgotten who used the first hypno, but I informed the victim, they used a power...Im sure they PM'd their alliance because then THEY used their powers, and then the other alliance got wind of powers being used against them, and THEY used more too.

About a few PMs into this Im informed by Dan that the victim is not supposed to be notified...aw s#t!!! It was too late! I had to keep it going once the course was set or else it wouldnt be fair, I had to protect the balance. I changed the post quoted below because what I thought was 4 hypnos used ended up being actually 6.

The end result....

"All the votes are in.

6 hypnotizes were used, Sexy quit as you all may have gotten a PM to quit too, and HalfAngel used her secret advantage she won at Reward making her vote count as 2 votes.

When Sexy got wind that people were being notified that they were being hypnotized, and could respond in kind, he absolutely lost his s#t - BAD! I still see old missing posters on posts and walls from when he lost his s#t that day. Needless to say he let me have it well in Post Comment/PM and quit. People were just disgusted, the heat was bad heat. People let me have it, and I could not blame any of them. In reflection, the only reason this game didnt cease because of this is because I played it out fully - how I understood it to the fullest extent, cause if I stopped halfway, and stopped notifying people, it would have been unfair and imbalanced.

Hopefully not is right. Im wanting the story to be enjoyed by everyone, and that includes who may not look good at times. I know I dont, but not everyone responds the same. Ive got a PM out to someone and hopefully they give me an ok as long as Im honest and unreserved, then I can post Part 2, there will be more than 2 parts....the game was dense. No, Im not doing this for drama at all, which is why Im not trying to surprise anyone.

The thread is still there for anyone to read. I read most of it before the Survivor Awards. If there weren't a lot of posts deleted, or if you weren't planning on sharing confidential information (PMs and the like), then what difference does it really make?

If someone doesn't want you mentioning their name in this thread, then just call them Redacted (unless there is a user by that name, then think of something else) and continue on as you were planning to. If someone isn't curious enough to read the events in the Latveria thread, then that person's identity will still kept a secret. If someone did want to read up on the incident, then keeping names out of this thread isn't going to make a difference.

Edit: Just saw your post that the person in question changed their mind, so ignore the above haha.

Simmering before the Duel

I had to run my first Duel in the game because I wouldnt allow revotes in Latveria whenever there was a tie. Instead they Duel, more fun that way and helps those strong in challenges yet not strategic. Bad thing for Gatsby was, TUS is strong in both. A Duel is all done in PM. No help in threads from allies just 1 v 1. I give them both a clue A TOTAL of 5 Yes or No questions. They dont get 5 more till both have exhausted theirs. They can try and guess the title as much as they want.

Survivor 4!

The biggest, messiest, stupidest, most badly hosted Survivor yet!

It was continuing from the Hypno mistake ealier. Also Sexy was proclaiming he would return IF Gatsby won. I then tried to convince him to just rejoin outright cause it was obvious he wasnt gonna leave the thread. TUS acted incredulous though cause I was considering letting Sexy rejoin, then Rauld said that was a bad idea. :eek: Two No's right off the top, I had to tell Sexy he couldnt rejoin. They said it wasnt anything personal against Sexy, it was he had quit twice. Throughout he was spamming the thread heavy, I think the answer was seeping in gradually, people started chirping up...

Sexy your enthusiasm is fun but will you please stop hijacking the game from Tongo. He's the host, just play.

Sean was right, but this was the calm before the storm. Because he had quit, again, I also had to tell Sexy he wouldnt be on the jury. Like I never said a thing he then said he wanted to be "the prize" for whoever won the Duel, but I, uh........no. :nope: Then he was insisting on being in the jury.

Anyway, I think people need to be more sympathetic to people like me.

That wasn't me who "quit" earlier. That was one of my multiple personalities. I suffer from multiple personality disorder and you all won't tolerate it! This is BULLYING since you won't let me be on the jury at least!

It just killed me this was so endlessly and uncontrollably rocky. With every word of criticism Sexy threw was like a knife, but I was trying not to ...get upset.

Sean wondered aloud why he decided to play, it was tongue and cheek cause I promised him it was gonna be a light game :blush:

What was resolved was going back to the proper way of doing Hypno (in secret). I always tried to make sure if anything happened unusual (someone coming back, powers change) it was agreed upon by everyone. Tedious, but necessary to instill confidence. People were starting to get psyched wondering who'd win the duel. Though he had quit, Camo was in thread and was funny...

If Suspect loses Ned Stark takes over as host with me as his loyal assistant that does all the work without any of the credit.

Then I asked Camo if he wanted back in. :laugh: I was impressed by his smarts and humor so he and I talked in PM and since Sexy quit and couldnt get back in, I figured maybe thered be a window for Camos return. At this point this was looking like Survivor 4: Revolving Doors, but I asked everyone if itd be ok, worth a shot :shrug: Camo made his pitch to everyone in thread, and Sexy was taking it badly feeling like I was trying to replace him with Camo, but it was a group vote that prevented his return. What made it worse, everyone wanted Camo back in. There was no hesitation, everyone said ok.

Rauld wrote a nice summary post of what happened to this point. Not the right order of events but you get the jist....no, this isnt how it goes on the tv show.....

Game summary:

Halfangel voted out
7thson quits the game
SC quits the game.
Camo quits game.
Optimus thrown out of game.
SC re-enters game.
Halfangel re-enters game.
Swan quits game.
SC quits game for the second time.
Camo re-enters game.

A duel between two hard working survivor players to determine who will technically be the very first person voted out of this game.

Camo was making sure he'd get a Yes from everyone or he'd feel bad. There was a day wait for Gatsby and TUS to be on at the same time (korea & canada). Finally they both are on the same time, and in Duel. I had chosen a hard movie 42 The Jackie Robinson baseball movie. I notice now though Gatsby was chatting in thread during the PM duel, TUS wasnt.
The duel took an hour or two in PM, people were in thread just to hear the result. Both TUS & Gatsby were friendly grousing over the difficulty at one point, but in the end there was no surprises - TUS won. Right away Rauld asks if Gatsby can rejoin the game :laugh:

Only one player out, and everyone thats been in from the start already is having to empty their PM Inbox. Sexy was out of the game but was borrowed in the thread like a tick, much to TUS's chagrin. Sexy and Camo teased how powerful he was as a player while TUS was dancing to look vulnerable, and not a threat. Camo was in the zone :laugh:...

Suspect: Thanks yeah, i did win Survivor and i have made it far in every one so i think i have a target on my back, it isn't really fair in my opinion.

Announcing the next reward challenge, and made it cryptic "...the winner will have an interesting choice to make". My experience with game tempo and momentum before trying this on the site has taught me, its the little things that flush out the game fully. The players imagination and wonder is priceless. So all throughout LATVERIA I was Doctor Doomish cryptically campy, the goal keeping focus and excitment.

Reward Challenge - Hit Girls laptop goes kaput, and Halfangel says one of her accounts was hijacked (cc?). Camo is starting to dread the Guessing Game challenge, Ive learned its alot better to have a variety available.

The riddle "A newcomer surprises by taking an unexpected job" Camo guesses Birdman right away, eliminated. Halfangel says Being There, eliminated. People pile on with Yes or No questions, I learn the players are ALOT more internet savy than me, able to find a film thru an inocuous awrd question or what not. Nope says Babe - Correct! This was the first, but not last time he would "make his mark" in the game. There was a new sheriff in town, and his name was Mr. Nope.

...and we were gonna have a challenge in 15 minutes, with everyone having coordinated in thread beforehand this we were gonna have a heavy turnout. "Sexy Richard" wasnt in the game but was quite there, immunity challenge question - "A man hoping for rescue hides a secret"

People started guessing, Im answering Yes or No to the questions. Then Sexy says "Cliffhanger". If someone was in the game and was incorrect theyre eliminated from the challenge. Sexy wasnt in the game anymore, and was just trying to spit out the answer which would wreck the challenge for everyone. I say

Then he starts telling everyone in the thread hes back in the game, Camo says then everyone vote him out. I reassure everyone (and myself) hes out of the game in every way.

Throughout this the players are strategizing trying to jockey for position not to be eliminated. The only one immune was Nope. I announce the next challenge will be a Reward & Immunity combined. There was a big turnout for the challenge, and the elimination votes were coming at a steady clip. 2 Hypnos were used (correctly) and someone played an immunity idol for TUS which wasnt needed as the votes were Daniel M 7, TUS 5, and Daniel Brent was the second member of the jury. Dan didnt know Idols could be played for other people, and couldnt figure how TUS got the votes (Wolfsbane alt)........come to find out, Camo had joined the darkside, and joined TUS :)

I was more joining CiCi who was with Suspect without revealing to Suspect that CiCi was my main ally. Thankfully he brought me up to the others when i came back and of course CiCi said it was a good idea. He annoyed me with that Wolfsbane thing though, at that point i didn't know it was an alt but he had Wolfsbane PM me and ask me to turn on Suspect so i ignored Wolf and confronted Suspect and he owned up to it right away :laugh:

Kinda why Im writing it is to clear out the fanfiction already about Survivor itself, and my game back then. Survivor is not about drama. Mostly there is drama, but its not the reason people show up to play. At least not this game, everyone somehow were able to focus on the strategy, and challenges throughout the chaos.

I might do something like this with Survivor 2. After the fifties countdown, of course.

Little Richard vs Doctor Doom

Dan was surprised because Camo flopped, and felt somewhat wounded because theyre tight. Camo explained he was allied with CiCi first before all, Dan understood. Dan (& Rauld) were floored someone played an idol for TUS, then explained to everyone how illogical it is to fall in line with TUS (this had been said many times by numerous people at this point. It was a a background theme song in LATVERIA "watch out for Suspect", #1 on the charts :laugh:). Dan wasnt holding a grudge though, and overall took it like a Champ'. ;)

The power structure in-game was certain - TUS had the numbers.

I voice surprise that nobody has used the Knockout power yet, which takes someone out of a challenge. While everyone is scrambling in PM land deciding who will be voted out, Sexys directly trying to get my attention, but I was purposefully ignoring him. I was fuming because he ruined the challenge for at least one person, and got more mad when I knew he knew, and didnt care. After seeing this display from him, I decided I mightve been too hard on Optimus, and sent Opti an apology PM.

I announce the votes are due the next day for elimination, give the deadline, and theres a "surprise" Reward Challenge. Sexys still posting in thread, and even usually quiet Nope said something

Saying all of that I would appreciate if during challenges those of you that are not a part of the game please refrain from interrupting - it really does cause issues with how pages load and how quickly a player can respond, get info, etc...

I noticed the thread still had activity from players on the jury, mostly breaking balls, thats cool...if its the right kind of activity. ;) I have to say reviewing the thread, LATVERIA had the best ballbreaking Ive ever seen in a Survivor. Between Slob, Sexy, myself, CiCi, HalfAngel, 7thson, Camo, Daniel, and Gatsby..even some from Rauld & TUS.....you couldnt ask for better energy from a group of players :up: It was natural. Not a challenge, not contrived, and even throughout me and Sexys pissing contest & their own banter, no one lost focus.

I tell them all the next challenge is for reward, and Doctor TONGOs cryptic message to them "...and you will see what youre winning is worth. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!"
The Doc also told them it wouldnt be a Guessing Game, and Camo was thrilled to hear that (he is good in them though).

I knew I had to try and breath some life into the game. There was an alliance with a 3 player advantage, and for a third of my players it looked hopeless. My arguments with Sexy mightve drained some energy & interest too, drama is not penicillin to a Survivor game. Theres enough drama already, so the ugliness between us could not have helped the game in any way.

What to do?

TUS said he probably wouldnt be able to make this one, others chimed the same, but by the time the challenge ended, everyone was in thread.

Everyone will start with $500. Nobody can join their money with anyone elses, everybody is solo in bidding for there is no sharing in Survivor: LATVERIA. Some items you'll know are valuable, and then theres mystery items which can be valuable or worthless.

First post first serve. Bidding starts at $25, after I post three times and nobody responds, the last bidder gets the item. Auction will stop at random time.

The Survivor Auction was a staple to the tv show, but had never been done in our forum version before. I had set up 10 items, some mystery items which are hit/miss, and some theyd know outright what it was. My goal was to provide the opportunity for Rauld, Sean and their group to get a foothold on the power scheme. I wouldnt/couldnt just give them what they needed or itd be counterproductive to the fun itself, falling flat.

First item up for bid was a mystery item! They were bidding so fast, by the time I called out if someone wanted to top what I thought was the last bid, they already had bid a few more times. Sexy bid $275 :shrug:
The real top bid was Rhys's at $85, and he got it....a Detective power, handy finding hidden idols.

Second item I was offering a Hypnosis upfront & straight-up, hm...that doesnt sound right, the bidding got up to $500 right quick cause Nope had to go and just used all his $ - Sold! Nope got a Hypno. Dan and other jury members were in thread.

Third item was a Mystery Item. This was one of those boner items, waffles and fried chicken. First bid was Camo, $180 :eek: then Rhys said $200, and then Bam! Sean bid all 500 of his dollars :facepalm: That ended it because there was no sharing so nobody could outbid him. ouch!

When I got to the fourth item Camo & Rauld were bidding $500 before I could announce it because they had to leave. This was something new to Survivor, I was jazzed by the energy the PM Duels had, didnt want to make it a common thing, but happen a little more than just for ties.

The next item up for bid is something new to the Survivor game.....

The dueling gunbelt. This will give you the ability to call out one person in the game and have a duel, the loser leaves the game for the jury, or the Deadpool if they have Hard To Kill.

The 5th item is a mystery item. Theres banter about the dueling gunbelt, Rauld makes the keen observation that theres a 50/50 chance either could go home in a duel, and Camo says he wants to duel me. Rauld had been saying hes bidding $500 the post after Camo had cause he had to leave, I reconfirmed "Are you sure?" He was, and got.....a handful of chocolate cake, worthless in the game. :facepalm: The alliance I was hoping to get bolstered from the auction instead got boned, at least 2 of the 4 did.

Hit girl and Halfangel were mainly allies just like me and CiCi were except noone knew me and CiCi were until he was eliminated. When we first teamed up we agreed to go find other alles, he found those two and they eventually joined Suspect, i joined up with Swan and Raul but i quit which is why things got fudged up, think we could've gotten pretty far if that didn't happen. Best thing about it is that the only person doing the same thing as me was Suspect except he was doing it with two different accounts.

I didn't like this write-up. TONGO thinks whatever he imagines is the truth. Whatever I say is the truth... gets disregarded. By him. He treats things like everything he believes is the truth, no matter if it's ACTUALLY true.

Well maybe you and whoever repped your post need to go in thread and read it yourself. :yup: I quoted it plain. This is the weakest installment of the story because of it. There is 0 fiction here though. I might rewrite it later and describe the altercation rather than quote it, but on first posting better to be safe than sorry.

Going forward Im going back to the storytelling style of the first post, I doubt Ill get friction questioning its legit.

To be fair here TONGO, you as host saw very little of the actual game. As a player you don't claim that Nope had a great insight into Survivor 5 do you? So much of the game happens in PMs that i think it is disingenuous to claim that you know enough to argue with most of the players. He was making a broad stroke over the entire post, he wasnt isolating anything like what you described, but everything that I posted. Which is why I told him to reread it himself if he felt I was wrong, Im following the thread while writing this to make sure its told straight. So I didnt want someone planting seeds of doubt just for the sake of.

I will adjust the alliance scheme in the post though. :)

I want to finish this. Might need to walk away from it for a day or two to reapproach it, to tell it more fluidly. Really dont like that last installment, the quotes kill the rhythm. I most likely will clean them up and rewrite them a bit.

But S4 was different, it's like losing your virginity, you never forget it even if it's not as fun as other times!

I never felt inspired to write about winning the 2011 Fantasy Baseball Championship or my involvement in the leagues at all the past 8-9 years, but theres something dense that one month we all did S4. I was thinking you could do a Choose Your Own Adventure MoFo Survivor story thread.

Remember those books? You read a story, at the end of the page it tells you to go to page 40 if you want someone to go through a door, go to page 65 if you want them to go through the window, etc. You choose what the character does.

You could do that with Survivor. But it's the people reading who decide. It could be like taking votes. Who gets eliminated next - Miss Vicky or Nostromo87? That kind of thing. Until finally it arrives at a winner.

Survivor Auction contd, 6th item.....
Halfway thru the auction, and Sean & Rhys were tapped. Sixth item up for bid is another Detective power, good for finding hidden idols. For some reason everyones bidding heavy and TUS gets it for $250 :eek: The seventh item is a Mystery Item....the last 2 mystery items were duds. People are bidding bupkis, hardly anything. After a few bids it gets up to $45 :facepalm: Then all of a sudden TUS comes in heavy at $175, Rhys throws out $250, CiCi then $300, I guess they all realized I probably would not have 3 duds in a row for mystery items (they were right).

Then Rhys says $350! TUS is out. CiCi presses at $375, then Rhys says $385....mind you I said in the Auction descrip bid in $25 increments, but that got thrown out the window with the first item. :lol: Easily the most heated exchange in the auction. Then Rhys and CiCi are topping each other with $5 increments until CiCi exhausts Rhys's resources with a bid of $415. Rhys posts a head of cabbage which probably gave C's a scare thinking thats what he bought. :lol: CiCi gets a Hypnotize.

Eighth item is another Duel Gunbelt, you gotta have 2 to duel :yup: Well the two belts dont really work together, but it sounded neat. Rhys bids $25, TUS lays down $250. Everyone else is scared of the belt, Sexy has been cheering for someone to use their gunbelt so there can be a duel tonight. TUS gets it for $250. TUS says he got the belt so nobody could use it on him, TUS is broke now,...... but lo and behold ....Wolfsbane shows up! :rolleyes: "Did I miss this?" So TUSbane was in the mix now. Two items left, but they didnt know that.

9th items a Mystery item. TUSbanes selling the alt saying he had to go back a few pages to read the rules. Rhys says $200, TUSbane $250, They go back n forth it gets to $345 TUSbane, then Rhys pushes saying $369 (go figure). Then the two are nickle and diming each other by the dollar, $405, $406, $407, Wolfsbane says $425 - SOLD! Then Rhys posts apicture of a rock to scare TUSbane :laugh: Wolfsbane/TUS bought the ability to bring any one person on the jury back into the game. Rauld couldnt believe someone could get back in this late in the game, and the ramifications from this purchase would be felt all the way to the final itself.

The 10th and last item was a secret advantage in the next immunity challenge. Rhys agreed with Rauld in "Why bring someone back?" but was bidding against TUSbanes remaining resources. Rauld throws a good zinger.

Idk about this game anymore.....I feel like Swan or SC may still win

I defended it that because there were so many in and outs in Latveria, it seemed appropriate, but it was absolutely the last time someone would have the opportunity to return. Dan was really wishing one of his alliance members had gotten the "jury member revive". The last item (an advantage for the upsoming immunity challenge) went to Rhys uneventfully for $100 cause TUSbane was tapped, and the first Survivor Auction was over. Somehow after all that, Rhys still had $315 in his pocket :eek: Must be scottish.

Then the banter kicks up, people nudging Wolfsbane to bring someone back, Wolfsbane saying somebody PM me if you want to deal, Sexy wanting somebody to Duel. I explain the Duel Gunbelt rules, and it is a dangerous item. Best used if youve no options left, or you need to change the power structure in game. For awhile Sexy was saying he was gonna start a Big Brother after this game, and now is saying hes starting in in 30 minutes. :laugh:

Dan is shmoozing TUSbane, posting openly his interest in returning, Camo says too to bring Dan back since hes strong and still paying attention. Camo also is grilling me exactly how the rules work in a Gunbelt situation, and everythings getting flushed out. Then all of a sudden....TUS says hes gonna Duel someone! Dan immediately figures out TUS has agreed with Wolfsbane that if he loses his duel, TUSbane would bring him back.

Trust me when I say that Tongo TUS will look back and regret not taking me up on my offer. That's all I can say now. We'll see.

I guess Dan thought I was TUS at one time. This whole alt account hysteria became just that. Months later, TUS thought I was Dalek, Rauld thought I was MonnoM, I thought Rauld was Nope, I allso thought Sexy was Nostro, and of course, all of this is nothing compared to the ass I made of myself accusing TUS of being Sexy :blush::facepalm::blush: Obviously I didnt know TUS posted videos of himself and had recent feeds to his Facebook. I hope yall enjoy my next story entitled "How to become a hermit in 30 minutes". :)

Back to the Duel! So TUS and everyones waiting, and Dan & Camo might have been "working" TUSbane together on two fronts, with one goal in mind, getting Dan back in. Camo voices that Wolfsbane should be forced to use it now before someone new is eliminated, so it cant be used for strategy. Dan says

TUS seems uninterested, he & Sexy are talking about Big Brother. HalfAngel shows up "I heard that there was $500 here for me somewhere?" :laugh: Whats funnier is Dan is talking plainly to TUS as hes leaving about considering his deal to be brought back in. TUS acts appalled saying Wolfsbane has the power, and not him. Dan smooths it all over saying he assumed TUS and Wolfsbane were working together closely. ;)

Finally I arrive! Dan hadnt left, TUS confessed to being interested what he knew. I announced in this story it was Sean TUS duels, but everyone in thread was assuming it was Camo. TUS wouldnt say who other to me (I wasnt there) and Camo was asking Gunbelt rules earlier. To sway TUS Dan is even warning TUS not to duel and smoothes the sound of it so it sinks in deeper ;)

Suspect, I don't know if it'll be if you lose the duel, or further on between now and the final three, but you're going to be out soon. You need to trust me here.

Sean announces its himself. Dan smells blood, TUS is openly interested, and Dan does not want TUS to lose a Duel, and TUSbane use the returning player power. He wants that for himself.

Don't do it. DO NOT DO IT. Refuse to play Sean. TUS you have to stop it. You will be doomed. You will regret this. What I know is of so much importance. Notice a lack of silence from everyone. Someone here doesn't want me to reveal the secret, they're worried I will.

I have no idea what's going on.

Dan is officially making me paranoid, which might be his plan, well played.

Camos sticking to his guns thinking Wolfsbane should have to use the power immediately, and not sit on it for strategy. TUS wasnt stopping though, and he and Sean entered the Duel, all done in PM. I explain to everyone, that this could be the best strategic move in the game on Seans part, Dan wonders what Im talking about..

Now Im only speculating, I dont know for sure, but I think Sean may have pushed for the duel. Maybe under a pretense that "I just want out of the game", and TUS obliges. If Sean lured TUS to use his duel, and wins, then thats frickin genius for the underpowered alliance.

Sounded good, but then I wasnt one of the people that believed TUS was Wolfsbane. Now its obvious Sean wasnt pushing for the Duel, and TUS was because he had a Get Out Of Jail Free card with Wolfsbane. Me and Camo are going back n forth if Wolfsbane should be forced to use his power now, and I explain how I wanted it to be used as a strategy item. For instance, Wolf can use it to court alliances if hes not high up in the one hes in :facepalm:

Im giving them an update in thread who has how many questions left in the duel, just to keep everything ontrack with Survivor talk rather than that dumb ol Big Brother tv show, to quote The Iron Sheik - Survivor put Big Brother in camel clutch, break its back, and make it humble! :yup:

Sadly the simmering was longer than the duel. TheUsualSuspect got his 2nd Duel win, and a new credential as a strong dueler is born. The movie they were trying to guess was The Kings Speech. Dan was happy at least since he new there was a possible avenue to get in still available. I announce the next challenge in a Doctor TONGO post, and basically talk out my butt speculating on the dynamics in game, like I knew what the hell was going on :laugh:

It seems one player gets all the props, all the blame, but that player isnt the most powerful in the game.

There seem to be one or two alone and blue, add 3 more and their power will be true, but they actually only need to bring over 2.

Information is priceless in this soiree. Its a priceless power overshadowing all. The person with the information gives it for free, but know the lie when it comes or you will fall.

The quietest player won last season, its so easy to forget the quiet for good reason. Perhaps someone now is quiet on purpose. Their silence by design may make them victorious.

I can't remember exactly. But after I was voted out and warned everybody we needed to get rid of TUS, CiCi (I think it was) left me a post comment saying don't worry, that they have a plan to otherthrow him soon, I got hold of a PM i think from Nope that was similar, I think Nope sent something to SC saying they were going to get rid of him soon, and had enough numbers to do so once they got rid of my original alliance

I was gonna offer TUS and Wolfsbane to bring me back in, use Rhys, Sean and Raul to otherthrow those in his alliance, and to get those two into the final. I was going to do that, I think you (Raul) started to panic and didn't really stick to my alliance, so I was happy to get rid of you too and keep Wolf happy. Can't remember what happened with Sean, but I convinced Wolf that Rhys was a guaranteed vote so I'd try to get us us three to the final if I could. I used Rhys and my original alliance I think to get rid of TUS, not letting Wolf know beforehand, telling him it would be the best thing to do otherwise he wouldn't have a chance of winning. He seemed happy with it afterwards.

That's what I remember, might be slightly wrong.

Looking forward to the part of the story where I win 4/5 challenges in a row soon :p

Yeah, it was a risky plan that did need patience, I do remember you wanting TUS out straight away but I had to vote off some others first to get him and Wolfsbane on side, if I went for him straight away Wolf would have got mad and probably voted me straight back off, I needed to balance the numbers so Wolf wouldn't be able to damage me and had to go along with me and Rhys from then point on.

But I didn't want to tell you all straight away that I had a deal to get TUS and Wolf to the final or whatever it was, if I did, it could have caused trouble and even more paranoia that could have jeopardised my plan. I did want to take you to the final and wish you had listened, but I will admit it did make my life slightly easier with you gone in that I could keep Wolf in for longer and keep his trust.

A fun challenge, and rumblings in the kingdom.

The "Make a Comic Book" challenge was posted, I was giving them a headsup so theyd have adequate time working on it. A combination of reward (2 votes) and immunity to the winner. TUS was starting to see the pattern...

Damn these two vote challenges.

The pattern was what the real tv show is, give the viewers what they want. In our case the players are the viewers, so I give the players what they want. In a outnumbered alliance its hope where they have the opportunity to change their position, and for those in charge, not to be bored. :) What really excites Survivor players, here or on tv, is the intrigue. Not the drama.

Just e-mailed my buddy Jim Lee to illustrate it for me.

:laugh: We still had a normal immunity challenge to do before the comic-book challenge, and I PM'd the challenge to the players to ask in thread. Everyones asking questions and Camo said I started it 10 minutes early. By my clock it was, and nobody else was saying anything about it, Camo asks questions getting into the challenge too. Guess who nails it? Mr. Nope, again! Though TUSbanes in game trying to win the challenge, TUS shows up after like he missed it. :laugh:

I wanted all the players to post their comic strips in thread so the judges, and everyone, could see them. Nope was safe but another player was going to be eliminated from the game. As a way to make peace/build bridge I asked Sexy to be one of the judges. Camo again is fine tuning the duel gunbelt rules, and then I mention how Id like to do a Deadwood themed game one day, and we talk Deadwood. Normally silent Hit Girl comes out of nowhere saying shed love to be in a Deadwood theme, and then its announced in thread Daniel Brent made the deal of a lifetime. He convinced TUSbane to let him back in the game. :yup:, AND he was able to vote.

I was giving everyone a couple days to do this, and scheduling the deadline for a sunday, then an hour after we'd do a Reward Challenge. Someone still was getting eliminated tonight though, and I was getting the votes. I was surprised to see CiCi Bluth go and disappointed. Very entertaining player.

Sexy was shocked to see CiCi go too, and then writes a song that would go on the flipside of the record "Watch out for TUS", and this song was "Returning players dont deserve to win", or something to that effect. To retort the song, Dan immediately goes into political mode, wooing the players/future jury members.

All I will say regarding my return, is that I've tried for it to be as unobtrusive as possible. I've tried to stay part in the thread since I was eliminated and hope that would work in my favour in getting someone to bring me back in. I'm glad I can pay a more active part in this thread once again. If I get eliminated or not, I hope I've participated the game in a positive way, and that you've all enjoyed me :)

Sexy put one together, and I did too. The other players posted stuff, but I thought HalfAngel was gonna destroy this vote. Rauld knew he wasnt winning this challenge, and mustve figured he'd be targetted eventually. For the first time for me, I saw him fight for his life in a game vocally in thread, and I was actually impressed.

I'm going to lay it all on the line here, which could result in my elimination but I would be at some point anyways. Why are we so afraid to vote out Suspect? He has made deals with everyone in this game practically, including the eliminated Cici, the brought back Daniel, Hit Girl, Nope, and I'm sure Wolf and Halfangel. Hes promising to bring you guys to the end when he can only do that for so many people. Open your eyes people as he's using you to get further in the game? If he makes the final he deserves to win because he played all you guys. Heck, hes even messaged me in the past about throwing a challenge to save him when he was teleported to the other team. Hes also asked me if I wanted to go with him to the end for old times sake. Wake up people! This is our last chance. When you get rid of him then you can get rid of me. But if u don't get rid of him soon hes going to win this game easily. He knew that Cici was the biggest threat in this game, the person that gave up their own idol for him, he voted out!!!!!! I've made my deals with the people I want to go to the end with. In my opinion, once you target me, the deal is off. That's what happened with CiCi. Im not trying to load on TUS here, just commenting by making alliances with everyone in secret is how Rob Mariano owned his Survivor All-Stars season. It wasnt an unheard of Survivor strategy, a strong one, IF youre not exposed. Rob Mariano wasnt, if TUS was doing this...this could be bad for TUS.

Just keeping everyone on board in a final 4 situation can be tough enough. I tried grooming my final 4 in S5 & S6, and both got derailed. Thats with alot of work being put into it the alliance too, they werent thrown together, or one of many alliances.

Halfangel got screwed, I felt so bad for her because .....to me it was apparent she had the better of the 2 submissions, but..well, what can you do? :shrug: Before the game could go forward they had to duel first and they couldnt be on at the same time till the next day. Then suddenly Hit Girl said her dog got hurt :eek: $350 vet bill, so she was gonna be around. So everyone thought we were gonna have to wait, then ...not.

If anyones reading that doesnt know them, Halfangel & Hit Girl both are strong in challenges & strategy. Then Halfangel said itd be another hour, and it was 2/28/16 Oscars night. Hit Girl didnt care she wanted to Duel. HalfAngel arrives! Urges her alliance to flood Hit Girls PM box thru the duel! :laugh: I say I got a hard riddle for them, and theyre off......

One hour mark is hit, theyre still at it. TUS was surprised, Then...

"The duel took an hour and a half, but we have a winner. HalfAngel Christ has 2 votes at tonights tribal council, and individual immunity.

At this point, me as host, Im thinking TUS's goose is cooked this time. If I ever run a game again, that will change and theyll be due in 3 hours :yup: Day later was an absolute game stopper for momentum, and just make what was a long game seem longer.

I will say that I am drunk as a skunk right now and that Tongo has produced a fantastic game.

I'm going to Vegas Wednesday and I look forward to following the end of this game.

He was having a good talk with Sexy & CiCi, and Im pretty sure was at peace with everything cause really, he did do all he could do. :up: I have to schedule the challenge for next day as not many are on. Game strategy alliance banter come sporadically in the thread. Camo states plainly he and Rhys are the only ones not with TUS. Then it comes out CiCi is only 17 years old :eek: My jaw dropped and my body went back in a "fall off the chair" fashion too.

TUS seemed unconcerned with the open talks against him in thread, probably desensitized at this point, and was saying he'd miss the Reward challenge due to a dentist appointment. Then Rauld and TUS start again, where Rauld says TUS turned on CiCi for no reason, and TUS saying thats a lie. Come to find out months later, it was true, and it was the information that Dan was tempting TUS with to return.

It was pretty civil forward moving game banter....until...

This is the same stuff TUS heard from Sexy in the thread the last game, just more vulgar this time. Heres the reality, and there is 0 exaggeration to this.

Anybody can win this!

No matter how many backs you stab, heroic deeds displayed, smarts, luck, or general charisma....when its all said and done the #1 thing that determines who will win is an uncontrollable force - sentimentality. Yes, sentimentality is really what guides people in the real Survivor and even the forum game. TUS has no true power in the game which was proven by the jury decision in Season 3 final.

(I talked for a bit about what might have made Donnie the winner in S3)

The jury is going to vote whoever AT THAT TIME theyre sentimentality directs them to, and that is a random random reality not just here but life. Donnie should have been a "goat" for TUS, someone thats easy to beat, but won. Now that would work in the real Survivor, and always does. Bringing a goat with you to the finals here does not work.

Is everyone his puppet? Is he a mastermind? NO! If he was then Its like Sexy is screaming at a horror movie screen telling the characters to watch out for the guy, and they never listen.

TUS listens. He has been slammed for pages upon pages in this Survivor and the last. No exaggeration, you can take a taperuler and measure the length of the criticisms. His reply is one or two lines. Every. Time. He listens. He takes in the information, and gives little. Even in PM.

His gameplay can be taken from Sun Tzus The Art Of War, and Miyamoto Musashis The Book Of Five Rings. He keeps his enemies closest. After coming after him harder than anyone in S3, me and him would have been allies this game. As a strategist I want him close to me too, as hes my biggest threat. I just say it plain and open cause thats how I like playing the "Dr T style".

You think after reading this the jury is gonna willfully make themselves to be close minded? oh hell to the no! If that was the case he'd won Survivor 3. They say "Its so obvious! It makes so much sense to vote him out! Whats wrong with you all!" Thats the point, its not about what makes sense. Not ever. You just have to listen, and adjust your game accordingly. Thats not lying.

Suspect may have won Survivor 3 if I had been the one to cast the last vote. I actually WAS supposed to cast the last vote.... or, what actually happened.... I believe Godoggo wanted me to cast a vote to replace someone else. But then I went ahead and cast a vote IN THE THREAD... before everyone else cast votes.... and I think she didn't take my vote because of that.

Who did I vote for in the thread, though? SUSPECT.

If Godoggo had taken that vote instead of the other person's vote, Suspect would have won the game.

Officially I probably could have changed my mind to Donnie if she had actually allowed me to vote..... (I had dropped out AGAIN, which is why there were problems, as well). Suspect winning Survivor 3 was literally in my hands. But I screwed up my chance to vote and someone else was allowed to vote in my place and they voted for Donnie. But if it had been ME who voted.... Suspect might have won. MAYBE. Very possibly. I'm really not sure what the Sexy Celebrity of that time period would have truly voted for if I could have officially voted. I know I screamed for Suspect's elimination, but I was really impressed that after all I did... he made it to the Final Two. And I do like giving the game to the person who deserves it the most. So if I had been the one to vote.... Suspect may have won Survivor 3. I honestly do not truly see him as a loser in that game. Maybe OFFICIALLY he is, but............

...and on and on and on. I had to go back to ignoring him and just hope his "DramaMe" wouldnt wreck the game.

I had to figure out something to get him to stop. It didnt come to me till later.

I was scheduling the Reward Challenge, a Hypnotize, and TUS couldnt make it plus was afraid he would be doomed due to the hypno. When I come online to do the Reward Challenge, the whole sites going in and offline on me, 4 players are there - Dan, Camo, Nope, & HalfAngel, thats half. I went for it not knowing if it would be improved anytime soon.

The connection was so bad I messaged Yoda on Facebook just to make sure he'd get it, and posted the challenge in thread. "A young up and comer has to deal with a bad boss and coworkers." Poor Camo, he asked if it won Best Picture, I say No. Then guesses 12 Years A Slave, next post facepalms when he realized it won best picture, eliminated. Daniel nails it with "L.A. Confidential", I can do no celebratory Doctor TONGO pic posting though :(
It was Dans first individual win, and the prize Hypnotize made that tunnel light alot closer.

He said he was opening a thread, should be anytime. He really should go with a Usual Suspect theme since theres been so much hype surrounding him. Pro-wrestling milked the fact Vince McMahon truly ripped off Bret Hart they made McMahon the biggest heel in the past 20 years, and drew huge $.

Dan won a hypno at the Reward challenge, and immunity challenge was ready to go the next night. I PM the few that showed, and started answering questions in thread. I had somehow forgot to send Camo his, and Nope had a head start, Camo could still use Nopes answer info though. Nope even made sure Camo got it and forwarded it to him (Truly Camo I was wanting to send it to you, just didnt get your name in the mass PM). So Camo was in an understandably bad mood. I apologize to Camo for not getting him on the mass PM, and send it to him. :blush:

Altogether in the challenge is Hit Girl, TUS, Nope, & Camo. Questions being asked, Hit Girl guesses Return Of The Jedi - eliminated. Nope finds out its a sequel. Halfangel pops in, guesses 5 films, and is eliminated. Nope asks if its a Star Trek movie - Yes. Camo guesses Star Trek 2 - eliminated. Nope remembers he can guess up to 5 films and lists Star Trek 2-5 - Correct, it was Star Trek 3 The Search for Spock. There was a post in the announcement explaining this, but Camo thought you could list only one movie on the guessing post.

So Nope is immune! Again! :yup: Quiet Nope quietly became a challenge monster, and are regarded as threats in Survivor. He'd won 3 immunities,one reward, and found a hidden idol.
Plainly put, strip away alliance power, and Mr Nope was the most powerful player in the game. :yup:

Camo was still in a bad mood. He was mad cause he got the clue PM a few minutes late (it wasnt a long period of time but still nerve wracking), and would have won the challenge if he'd read the announcement post being able to list up to 5 films. It wasnt a new rule.

Survivor 4: LATVERIA seems to be a good stepping stone and learning experience. It shows who I do and do not want to play this game with. Its all about respect - who has it, who doesnt, and who says they have it though never display it.

If anyone thought they could troll this game into stopping, well you are wrong as rain. :laugh: Its given me a great idea on how to do Survivor properly over the internet. Now this would be for a future Survivor, but get this...

We would go to some cheapo lil free forum website for the sole purpose of playing Survivor. EVERYONE would make an alternate account, and not tell anyone who they are. Just play whatever character you want and make decisions solely on what other characters do in game, not knowing who is really who. That way past baggage isnt haunting anyone unfairly. The only new rule is you cannot tell anyone who you really are, and cannot tell anyone who anyone else is.

That makes it a game and less personal. There is no money to be won here. This is for fun. This is not a platform or a universe for you or anyone to "go off" on someone just because you can.

Behavior has crossed the line. All I can do is try to reel it back in again, and will.

(I bickered with Rauld some since this whole TUS hysteria thing was out of control, and I thought caused this.)

To be honest, I'm kind of glad I'm out. It's somewhat stressful when people are targeting you from the very beginning. This game was probably the most malicious of the bunch, being called a sociopath and that they hope I die was a bit much.

We have our first backstab and blindside. Mr Nope joins TheUsualPsycho in the deadpool.

Since its too late for him to use it Ill reveal Mr Nope had a hidden immunity idol he was voted out with. Since hes not possibly eligible to return till theres a final 3 players, and he had to use it before the final 4......there is a hidden immunity idol now put back in-game.

Clue will be PM'd to remaining players shortly. Were now down to 6."

Nope gets voted out with an immunity idol in pocket. Dont feel too bad Nope, on the real Survivor: China, a guy named James was voted out with 2 in his pocket. :yup: TUS and Nope were in the Deadpool, where I would have a duel eventually to determine one returning to the game. Camo was relieved Nope didnt use his idol, but unlike the tv show, in our game his idol was back in the game able to be found.

I miss a few days and the game gets turned on its head, i thought me and Rhys would be out and you (TUS) and Nope were locks for the final.

Its the same idea for the trophy they used on the tv show The League (FX, first season was great). You helped players that can operate during chaos. Remember how I told you one time how I was considering making you a "natural disaster" in Latveria, where I could use your "antics" like an in-game tool? I told you as Dr T, but I was seriously considering that. Sometimes on Survivor they have 3 days & nights of steady rain, some people are outright basket cases, but there are some where its no problem whatsoever.

So me, Camo, & Hit Girl were on at the same time. I got my coffee and a deck of cards, we were gonna do Blackjack.

Believe it or not, I think I actually wanted Daniel M to win the game. Survivor 4.

I only felt differently when he was up against a person who had never been eliminated. Then I just felt a person who had never been eliminated deserved to win the game. I thought he should have taken a Deadpool (was that what it was called?) person to Final Two. Someone who had already been eliminated. Then I wouldn't have cared if they had both already been eliminated before.

Dan won his third in a row, just like Nope had. Since returning to the game this seemingly quiet nonthreatening player not only had TUS's power spot in the game, but victory credentials to boot i.e. not a fluke. In TUS's defense, nobody saw Dan coming.

Sexy was itching to do stuff, and he and Rauld were teasing how Sexy would host the Deadpool Duel. I said we had to eliminate someone first, and then I would do the DDuel, I should have let him but Im skipping ahead.

Now as host, I specifically try and focus on angles, strategies, and intrigue. I try and see it from the players perspective. Now Sexy didnt officially play that much in Latveria, but was around all the time. I dropped a hint that Sexy Krueger did have Hard To Kill....

Yes BUT it would take a unanimous vote from everyone left in the game, and that includes the deadpool. There was alot done and said man, but you have kept up with the game, good or bad.

It was a hidden idol challenge, youd have to guess the title with only 5 yes or no questions, only 5. Nobody asked anything btw, and with all the different times people are available I thought it the best way to get everyone involved.

Its not a challenge where everyone has to be on the same time, but you and Nope dont want the clue sent out till youre on, then fine. Truth is thatd be unfair to Hit Girl because when you both would get your clue at 6pm, itd be 2am her time, and thats not fair to her.

Ill probably have to send it out tomorrow or Sunday to where all 3 of you get the clue at the exact same time, and yall can mull over the solution throughout the day.

Cheating isnt allowed, but the show frequently gives opportunities to smaller alliances, and purposefully tries to keeps the tension high till the end. Survivor is a game of intrigue, social skills, and endurance (mental & physical) - period. I put some Doctor TONGO coloring on that in the explanation.

Hit Girl has no problem rescheduling, and Nope suggests 3pm est the next day. So Ive sent PM or two to TUS, and not gotten any response. The only information we got was the 5 word post. The next day no change, no response.

Were gonna do the deadpool duel Sunday 3pm EST 3/13, I told TUS in a comment box from a post, and thats firm. I hope he can make it.

..and then it hit the fan. From this point forward just warning the readers, this is from my perspective then.
After waiting 2-3 hours online the night before with an alarming 5 word post referencing the hospital, and then followed up with another vague PM explaining nothing, and wanting more of a delay, I noticed TUS made a post, invisible, and this post certainly wasnt vague or constrained for time.

Dark City is an underrated masterpiece in my opinion and is in my top ten of all-time.

If you ever decide to get the DVD, listen to Roger Ebert's commentary. Yes he did a commentary for the film.

Proyas hasn't ever been better. This film and The Crow are his two stand-out films and he needs to abandon these big budget blockbusters that will ultimately fail (Gods of Egypt) and return to something on the lower end to spark some sort of creative genius back in his brain. When you have money, things become lazy. Look at Tim Burton.

I feel like I'll watch this film again this weekend.

Ive sent a PM to Hit Girl TUS and Nope. Ill be back in an hour. I really hope Hit Girl and Nope are there, as I will not start without them.

I gave 0 craps what TUS thought or his reasonings behind it as he never said. I knew nothing about some friend who was in the hospital till much later, and was wanting to move the damn game along which already had more holdups and drama than a daytime soap opera. Hit Girl was online, we were just waiting for Nope......

....and waiting for Nope. I even sent a message to Nopes IMDb account hoping to speed the process.We wait till 6pm, and 8pm, no response. TheUsualSuspect hasnt responded to anything in the thread either as Im openly saying he was sabotaging the Duel on purpose. We try and wait till 9pm.....then TUS responds in the thread that night.

I check here periodically on my phone. Won't be able to do a challenge until tomorrow when I get home. Anytime tomorrow will be fine. I said this before. Don't say I'm using it as some sort of excuse.
