What Inspires You in Life?

Don't know if this thread is going to go anywhere but I recently talked about making a happy thread. This will serve that purpose, I guess.

Let's talk about what inspires you. Get into details or keep it brief, however you please.

For me...

- Music inspires me greatly. Not even just musically. More than any art and perhaps any other thing, music inspires me to live a fulfilling, productive life. It reminds me to "dance through life", as Alan Watts would say. My hero is Justin Vernon, a musician, and he inspires me greatly through his music. I stress that it is not only inspiration towards musical goals but inspiration towards a life well-lived in general.
- People with opposing views who I nonetheless feel are intelligent and thoughtful inspire me greatly. They inspire me to try to be more thoughtful and open-minded myself.
- Humility inspires me. I think it's important to know your strengths and shortcomings.
- You guys inspire me.
- Film inspires me, or else I wouldn't be here, ya dingus.

yeah....good music . it inspires me too . especially patriotic songs .

Wrestling. Preferably WCW, and old WWF- the new stuff stinks, but Ring of Honor is excellent. Also, South Park, the Peanuts strip by Schulz, prayer, and writing.
