apparantly these two did not hit it off whilst working together on Fast 8,the rock posted this on his instagram account:

whilst vin diesel just released a video saying he would tell everything,they did have a meet up off set to sort things out but apparantly that didnt work.

I wouldnt be surpised if this wasnt an isolated incident, and more the straw that broke the camels back. Probably booze or drugs are involved, maybe hes an unmedicated bi-polar, but I doubt theyd fire him over just this kick.

Yeah i saw,i actually didnt think they would dare to get rid of such an essential character but then again its his own fault for behaving that way.. not that i know what happened though..
I think it happened at the worst time for him aswell as they had just hired two addional actors on the show,they already have a pretty full cast so..

With Shemar Moore (Derek Morgan) leaving the show, and now Thomas Gibson (Hotch) also leaving, this is going to be a much different show this season.

The only thing that I've ever seen Wilmer Valderrama in was an episode of Ashton Kutcher's Candid Camera-type show. (I don't remember the name of it.) Kutcher played some nasty prank on him.
ohyeah,punk`d! ive seen him in the 70s show,i dont think hes done much more apart from some side roles here and there. ive always found him a bit creepy tbh i dont know why,he just gives off bad vibes.

Yeah now my position hasnt changed, but shifted. I saw the video, and it def looked like he was "ate up" and she was setting him up. He also looked fat as hell. :yup: The only time he was anywhere looking hostile towards her was when he found out she was recording him, and he was just trying to get the camera.

I think Nicole Brown Simpson would laugh her ass off at the "abuse" Amber Heard has supposedly suffered, and Depp needs to get into detox or he'll become the next Marlon Brando. In the wake of her seemingly silent deposition, Amber Heard was reportedly still in London on Friday, many miles from the Los Angeles courtroom where she was expected to appear at 10AM today in a domestic violence case against Johnny Depp.
According to TMZ, the actress had an "emergency" that made it impossible for her to make the court date. "To no fault of her own, Amber was unable to arrange for a flight to travel from London," read court documents.
Heard's lawyers are expected to ask to have the deposition moved to Saturday, Aug. 13, so that she has enough time to fly back to Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, Amber's legal camp is apparently not pleased with the way that Johnny's team has been handling the proceedings.
"Johnny's counsel continues to wage a malicious war against Amber in the Court of Public Opinion in an effort to intimidate and discourage Amber from telling the truth," claim her lawyers.
There was also a letter attached to the filing calling out Johnny's lawyer Laura Wasser for going back on their settlement, though she claims she had sent the agreement to her client for approval.
The latest wrangling comes after Heard reportedly refused to speak during the deposition, where she was expected to be asked about her allegations that Depp attacked her physically.
Amber filed a domestic violence suit against Johnny after they announced they were calling it quits this spring. At the time, she appeared in court with bruises on her face that she said were the result of Johnny throwing an iPhone at her.
Although Johnny and Amber had no prenuptial agreement, she's reportedly asking for spousal support.
"This has been incredibly upsetting for Amber but she knows she is doing the right thing," a source told E! News after she filed for the restraining order. "It has been very traumatic for her to finally speak out, but she needs to do what she can to protect herself."
Johnny's lawyers are expected to bring nearly two dozen witnesses to the stand to defend his claim that he did not attack Amber. Among the witnesses is his ex, Vanessa Paradis, who has spoken out on his behalf since Amber's allegations surfaced.
Johnny and Amber met on the set of 2009's "The Rum Diary" and began dating in 2012. They tied the knot in February 2015.

I get what you say about the set up Tongo,but victims often films and take picture-in many cases its the only way its been resolved and they are believed. also its common when someone has a drinking problem,take for example hasselfhoffs burger video, so that they show them what they`re like when they are sober. Johhny quite obviously has a drinking problem.
I really dont see why Amber would lie,she has enough money on her own,shes always been publicity shy and she was already hated and branded a golddigger when she married johnny-claiming he beats her only made her more hated-she is getting slaaaated by social media and all of this has turned into one big circus-also johnny has way more friends within the business so who knows what will happen to her career.

Why would the video be leaked at all then? Certainly it wasnt by him. Why is she wanting money from him if she has her own, and "just wants out"? He's got a shlew of character witnesses saying he never touched her, and one is his ex-wife. He is an addict though, but a woman abuser?
all her videos and pictures are handed over to the police/court-thats how the first abuse pictures got out in the first place,as they did with rihanna.
im not saying she HASNT though,maybe she did,but then again shes being labelled a liar and a psyco.
Most get money after a divorce even if they more than enough of their own-and if he abused her throughout their relationship then i would have wanted my fair share aswell.
Hes a bit worse off since he was married to Vanessa,im glad that he never did anything to her but that doesnt mean he treated everyone else like he did her.Hes getting old,losing his looks,hes had a lot of flops lately and hes developed an addiction problem since leaving her.if he did abuse amber i doubt vanessa would know about it. And whos to say shes even telling the truth? if he did something to vanessa i doubt she would come forward so many years later,and they have kids together-of course shes going to stick up for him.

Thomas Gibson has hired a lawyer to ,i dont see how thats going to make things better for him though.
Shemar released a instagram video saying : "Lot of birdies chirping out there. The gossip is real. I hear it. I see it,I'm sure a lot of you do too, so I'll just say this: I believe in karma. Hes since deleted the video but i guess that mean theres been some drama going on for awhile behind the scenes. I do remember there were loads of rumours about him being difficult from back in the Dharma and Greg days but i never really took notice of them because those rumours seem to be going about everyone when news days are slow.
Mean while on instagram Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber had a full out argument over pictures of him and his new girlfriend. When he threatened to make his profile private because of negative comments about his new girl,selena commented that he shouldnt have posted them if he couldnt handle it-and that that should be something private between the two of them.somehow that turned in an argument where both of them accused the other of cheating:

I'm going into the new season with an open mind, but they've added Adam Rodriguez to the cast, and I didn't like him on "Roswell", "CSI: Miami", or "The Night Shift", so I don't have high hopes for him in "Criminal Minds". :(
Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll kill him off in the first episode he's on. :)

Sadly the drama between Amber and Johnny Depp continues aswell (and probably will for awhile longer) She was interviewed for 7 hours (reportedly).
Apparantly Johnny accused Amber of having an affair with Billy Bob Thorton while drunk and high on ecstasy,Amber was away at the time and they were speaking on the phone when he threw it into glass,smashed bottles and cut off the the tip of his finger. he then dipped the finger in paint and wrote "starring billy bob" and "easy amber"on the wall

Yeah so true...but the handlers should have noticed its reaction to the child making noise... also look at the reporter...hes prob in shock or something,but he has no reaction whatsoever-he just sits there with a grin.

I've never even considered myself a fan of Amber Heard, nothing against her I just never noticed her in anything. I was a fan of Johnny, though, which makes this kind of disheartening.

Did anyone hear about Letos fit about not liking how he was edited in the Suicide Squad movie and said he was lied too. Im sorry but maybe Leto s performance was not what Ben who is doing Next Batman movie was looking for. I also heard what was cut was not gonna change that he was in the movie but not in the Squad nor the main villain.

Amber Heard unhappy Depp donated settlement money directly to charity
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s relationship remains contentious even after last month’s high-priced divorce settlement.
Heard’s legal team is fuming that the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star sent checks directly to the two charities his estranged wife pledged to donate all $7 million from their settlement to – as doing so allows him to collect a considerable tax deduction.
"If Johnny wishes to change the settlement agreement, we must insist that he honor the full amount by donating $14M to charity, which after accounting for his tax deduction, is equal to his $7M payment obligation to Amber," a member of Heard’s team told the Daily News.
"We would also insist that the full amount be paid immediately and not drawn out over many years," the spokesperson continued.
Depp reportedly deposited his donations to the American Civil Liberties Union and the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles on Wednesday in what were intended to be the first of multiple payments.
Heard vowed last week to donate the entirety of their financial resolution to the two foundations shortly after they reached an end to their bitter, drawn-out legal battle, but apparently this isn’t what she had in mind.
"Anything less would be a transparent attempt by Johnny's counsel, Laura Wasser and Patti Glaser, to reduce their client's true payment by half under the guise of newfound concern for charities that he has never previously supported," Heard’s team added, referring to Depp’s attorneys.
Depp’s team, meanwhile, praised Heard earlier in the day for deciding to donate all of the money to charity.
Heard's intended donation to the ACLU is meant to be sent with a "particular focus on helping defend battered women," according to a statement released by her camp last week.
Likewise, the actress has volunteered at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles for the past decade.
Heard, 30, claimed in May that Depp physically and emotionally abused her during the entirety of their relationship, alleging he threw a cell phone at her face during an incident on May 21.
The former couple released a carefully worded joint statement last week after the conflict was finally resolved in court.
"There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm," the couple's statement said.

Hollywood is a cesspool of depravity, it's sick how much they get away with. I also hope Radar names the actor and anyone else involved. I'm fully aware that many of the actors who's work I like could very well be pedophiles, wife beaters, rapists, you name it. Which is why any praise I express is limited to their work alone. You just don't know these people and what they do behind closed doors to say anything about them as a person.

According to my brother (who is strangely really interested in this story :shrug: - it was like the first thing he said on the phone to me today), he has a temper when it comes to the kids. Not that he hits them or anything but he really yells at them. It must be in such a way that it could be considered abusive, I suppose. But who really knows?

It was Corey Feldman who introduced him to Actor – Director and Pedophile Dominick Brascia. It is also public record in many interviews that Feldman did and is no secret, that Feldman was jealous of Haim. Corey Feldman introduced this pedophile to Haim and a lot of other boys.
Now let me bring you back on the famous timeline to 1997 and a little film called, “Busted.” One day Corey Haim went to the set of “Busted” with his mother Judy Haim. When Judy and Corey Haim arrived on set, they saw both Corey Feldman and Dominick Brascia. Corey Haim had not seen Dominick in years. Judy Haim witnessed her son enraged saying, “What the Hell is he doing here”. Corey Haim slammed and pinned Feldman against a wall and said, “I’m out of here man”! Judy Haim was a witness to this fight and also heard Feldman say, “Oh come on man, I thought you might like this!” Corey Feldman had arranged all of this even though he knew about the abuse that Haim had endured from Dominick Brascia. Corey Haim and Judy left the set that day. The next day Corey Feldman told the media that he had to fire Corey Haim because of drugs. This is yet another example of the many lies and abusive manipulation of twisting the truth that Judy and I have come accustom to seeing and experiencing from Corey Feldman.

When I saw this stated in the article I finally lost it and can see very clearly the motive and cover up behind all of this. “Dominick Brascia, who said Haim was 14 years old when they met, confirmed the man’s name to The Enquirer. This is the only part that I have to begin speculating. But what I do know is that Enquirer and this investigator is aware that Dominick abused Haim. I assume with this leverage, again I am speculating, that The Enquirer made a little deal with Dominick to keep his name out of all this mounting pressure to expose Hollywood pedophiles. I am still only speculating that they made him this deal and offered him money to confirm another name of an alleged abuser in Hollywood that Feldman seems to be after.
I hope this begins to bring clarity into explaining why Corey Feldman is doing what he is doing. He is trying to take everyone’s attention off of that one little episode where Corey Haim asked Corey Feldman some very good questions. “Where were you when r*ped, so to speak, when I was about 14-and-a-half years old,” Haim said.
“Yeah Feldman, where were you and what did you do about it? I agree as I have public stated in the media about you Feldman; that this is not my story to tell. But I agree with Corey Haim that it’s time to, “Take responsibility”! Take responsibility for what you did to Corey Haim and stop pointing your fingers at everybody else that you are seeking revenge on out of your utter jealousy and rage from what I agree must have been a very difficult up bringing in the industry. I realize Corey Feldman is also a victim and believe it or not I do feel bad for him. I do not hate Corey Feldman, but I am afraid he has crossed too many lines now that are still attempts to hurt Corey Haim and of course what this is all doing to his mother Judy Haim. Everything Corey Feldman is doing and saying is to take all of our attention off of Haim’s original question to him on the little show called, The Two Corey’s. Both Corey Feldman and Dominick Brascia are doing things to take the focus off of themselves and their involvement in both the abuse and pain that they have afflicted upon our Beloved Corey Haim.

Melissa Etheridge Says Angelina Jolie's Camp Contacted Her After She Spoke Out on Brad Pitt's Divorce
On Monday, Melissa Etheridge spoke with Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM radio show, where she opened up about Brad Pitt's divorce from Angelina Jolie. On Wednesday's Watch What Happens Live, the 55-year-old singer sat down with Cohen once again, and revealed that she had been contacted by Jolie's team regarding her earlier comments.
"There are people whose business it is, whose job it is, to kind of fix things for celebrities," Etheridge told Cohen and fellow guest Kelly Clarkson.
Etheridge, who had been friends with Pitt before his marriage to Jolie, told Cohen in her earlier interview that she thought many of the claims against the 52-year-old actor were "completely unfounded" and "heartbreaking."
She also went on to say that many people who knew Pitt "lost a friend" when he struck up his relationship with Jolie, and said that the way Pitt's name and reputation were being tarnished during the ongoing divorce was particularly upsetting.
"It breaks my heart that anyone would take something as personal as your marriage and your relationship and your rights to your children and do it as purposefully as I see it's being done," the singer said on Monday.
Etheridge implied that it was these comments, among others, that the actress' camp had an issue with.
"Every time I say something it gets turned around and twisted," she shared with Cohen and Clarkson on WWHL. "And all of a sudden I'm saying something about [Jolie]."
So, to avoid any more misunderstandings, Etheridge turned to music. "I thought I would do what I do best and I wrote a song about it today."
The song, titled "The Fixer Blues," serves as a way to emphasis the points she made in her earlier interviews (with lyrics like "I have not seen my friend in over 10...years and I swear I have never, ever, ever, ever met his wife..."), while at the same time defending her right to free speech ("my opinion is mine and you can take that").
Etheridge's song also contained lyrics that not-too-subtly poked fun at the news that Jolie had hired crisis manager and "fixer" Judy Smith, who is the real-life inspiration for Kerry Washington's Olivia Pope on the ABC drama Scandal ("I hope you understand, to scandalize was never my plan.")
In the end, Ethridge had one sound piece of advice for anyone talking about the high-profile divorce in the future: "When you're chattin' with Andy, you better watch what you say."

Etheridge was Pitts roommate when they were both coming up in their prospective businesses. Jolie has a ton of psychiatric issues/disorders. Her work to help children is admirable, her adopting so many is also, but when it comes to relationships or break ups shes always been a spectacular disaster. Pitt was probably the most grounded individual shes ever had a long term relationship with.
If he was drinking and drugging he would definitely look it. She sure as hell does and has for years. Her weight loss is so pronounced that she reminds me of Karen Carpenter, and she definitely has a spin machine to quell that obvious fact, along with distorting others.

Weight loss can have alot to do with drugs Topsy. When she left Billy Bob and was truly clean....she was the most beautiful woman in the world, I mean striking gorgeous. Then suddenly she lost 20-30 lbs, fast! If shes got a painkiller or mood elevator addiction her weight would drop like a rock.

Azealia Banks has accused Russel Crowe of assaulting her after he reportedly kicked her out of his hotel room during an intimate dinner party on Saturday night — but sources close to him maintain she threatened Crowe and had to be escorted out.
According to tmz Crowe, 52, invited about 10 guests over to his suite at the Beverly Hills Hotel over the weekend for a laid-back evening of dinner and music. Among those guests was rapper RZA, who brought Banks as his plus-one.
The night reportedly took a turn when Banks, 25, supposedly began laughing at Crowe’s music choice and mocked him and at least one other guest, allegedly calling them “boring white men.”
TMZ reports that when one female guest tried to step in, the rapper allegedly began threatening Crowe and his guests, and eyewitnesses told the site the rapper purportedly said, “You would love it if I broke my glass, stabbed you in the throat.” They also described her behavior as “erratic.”
According to TMZ, “The Big Beat” rapper then reached for a glass and cocked it back, prompting Crowe to grab her in a “bear hug” and escort her out of the room. He reportedly then called hotel security, who removed Banks from the hotel.
A rep for Crowe has not commented. Banks’ manager did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
However, the rapper’s version of events is drastically different than what eyewitnesses told TMZ. Banks is accusing Crowe of assaulting her, spitting on her and hurling a racial slur. Banks wrote a detailed account of her experience on Facebook.

In “Tippi,” which is being released on Tuesday, the actress states that castmates were told not to socialize with her or “touch The Girl”; whenever Hitchcock caught sight of her laughing or even talking with a man, he would become “petulant” and “icy” and look at her with an “expressionless, unwavering stare…even if he was talking to a group of people on the other side of the soundstage.”
Once, she writes, he attempted to forcibly kiss her while the two were in his limo. Though this was “an awful, awful moment,” she felt there was little she could do because “sexual harassment and stalking were terms that didn’t exist” at the time and she knew the studio considered him more important than her. Hedren, who turned 86 this year, went on to receive a Golden Globe for her performance.

Michael Douglas Reveals Val Kilmer Is Battling Cancer
After months of speculation surrounding Val Kilmer’s health, his former co-star Michael Douglas revealed the actor is battleling cancer During a Q&A session in London on Saturday, People reports that Douglas spoke about filming 1996’s “The Ghost and the Darkness” with Kilmer, who is now 56.
“The picture didn’t turn out as well as I hoped but I had a wonderful time. Val was a wonderful guy who is dealing with exactly what I had, and things don’t look too good for him,” Douglas said to host Jonathan Ross. “My prayers are with him. That’s why you haven’t heard too much from Val lately.”
Douglas, 72,battled tongue cancer ― which he initially said was throat cancer ― in 2010. After undergoing aggressive chemotherapy and radiation treatment,the actor was declared cancer-free in January 2011.
Rumors surrounding Kilmer’s health began circulating in January 2015, when it was reported that the top gun actor had been hospitalized after he began bleeding from his throat. At the time, it was believed the star underwent surgery for a throat tumor.
However, after reports of his possible illness surfaced, Kilmer denied having a tumour or undergoing surgery.
“I had a complication where the best way to receive care was to stay under the watchful eye of the ucla ICU,” the “Batman Forever” actor wrote on Facebook. “Friends have assisted who know my spiritual convictions and have been most sensitive and kind for the extra effort in making sure there’s minimum gossip and silly talk.”
In October 2015, Kilmer denied another report he was ill, calling all the rumors “totally untrue” and saying he had “no tumor or infection of any kind.”
The actor was spotted out with what seemed to be a tracheostomy tube around his neck in December that same year. Afterward, he continued covering his neck with scarves and bandanas when out in public.
In February of this year, the actor shared a few photos on social media in which he was seen without the medical device or scarf around his neck. Still, he has yet to address the medical device.

Yeah, i was only 13 at the time so surreal. You don't actually think it'll happen to someone from your family and if it does you would think an older relative not a very young child, so awful. She's been fine for 5 or 6 years now, she's brilliant noone would be able to tell she was very sick as a child.

The film made a lot of money and I did work in this town again, and again, and again. What this producer may never realize is that he spoke aloud the exact fear every woman feels when confronted with gender bias in the workplace.
It's what we are conditioned to believe — that if we speak up, our livelihoods will be threatened; that standing our ground will lead to our demise. We don't want to be kicked out of the sandbox for being a "bitch." So we compromise our integrity for the sake of maintaining the status quo and hope that change is coming.
But change is not coming fast enough to help my friends, my peers, or even our children. In fact, a recent study by the American Association of University Women shows that the pay gap is closing at such a slow rate that it will be 136 years before women are paid equally to men (http://nymag.com/thecut/2016/09/only-136-more-years-until-women-earn-as-much-as-men.html). 136 years. And the pay gap is but one clear quantification of the acute undervaluing of the contributions of women in the workplace.

But the older I got and the longer I worked in this industry, the more I realized that it's ********! And, worse, that I was complicit in allowing it to happen.
So, I started my own club. I formed a production company with three amazing women. We have been hustling to develop quality television shows with unique voices and perspectives. Since our inception, we have been lucky enough to partner with incredible producers, male and female, who have treated us as true equals and partners. Recently, we signed on to partner with an influential male producer on a project that would shine a light on an important social issue — ironically — inclusivity and our shared human experience.
In the process of pitching this show to a major network, the typical follow-up emails were sent to executives at this network. In this email chain, this producer chose to email the following:
"And Mila is a mega star. One of biggest actors in Hollywood and soon to be Ashton's wife and baby momma!!!"
This is the entirety of his email. Factual inaccuracies aside, he reduced my value to nothing more than my relationship to a successful man and my ability to bear children. It ignored my (and my team's) significant creative and logistical contributions.
We withdrew our involvement in the project.
Yes, it is only one small comment. But it's these very comments that women deal with day in and day out in offices, on calls, and in emails — microaggressions that devalue the contributions and worth of hard-working women.
Subtle gender bias is oftentimes nearly imperceptible, and even wholly undetectable to those who share the bias. It became clear in later emails from this producer that he was totally unaware of why his words were so appalling. What he characterized as a "lighthearted" comment was actually deeply undermining to my contributions and ability to be taken seriously as a creative partner.
I have no interest in vilifying this man. Blind gender biases are embedded in every facet of our life. They are reinforced by our educational institutions: men dominate the figures we study in history, the luminaries of math and science and technology about whom we learn, and the authors of political discourse we are taught to revere. We are inundated with tales of male superiority that blind us to the architecture of our own relationships. The very word "blind" informs us of everything. No one gets upset when a blind person bumps into a wall, but the wall does not cease to yield force.
I'm done compromising; even more so, I'm done with being compromised. So from this point forward, when I am confronted with one of these comments, subtle or overt, I will address them head on; I will stop in the moment and do my best to educate. I cannot guarantee that my objections will be taken to heart, but at least now I am part of creating an environment where there is the opportunity for growth. And if my comments fall on deaf ears, I will choose to walk away.
If this is happening to me, it is happening more aggressively to women everywhere. I am fortunate that I have reached a place that I can stop compromising and stand my ground, without fearing how I will put food on my table. I am also fortunate that I have the platform to talk about this experience in the hope of bringing one more voice to the conversation so that women in the workplace feel a little less alone and more able to push back for themselves.
I will work in this town again, but I will not work with you.

When I was writing that post I was also thinking about Colin Firth playing George VI in The King's Speech. Nothing wrong with Firth's performance, but George VI was quite a distinctive-looking man and I'm not sure there's anyone out there who would have been a good likeness. In the case of Prince Philip, there're probably loads of suitable actors.

In other (late) news,Prince Harry has confirmed his relationship with Suits actress Meghan Markle. He released an extraordinary statement against the sexism and rascism she had had to endure since the story broke.
In regards to her friends and family being hounded for stories,her sister wasnt shy about cashing in- painting an awful image of her in the tabloids because she doesnt support her family financially.

Since he was young, Prince Harry has been very aware of the warmth that has been extended to him by members of the public.
He feels lucky to have so many people supporting him and knows what a fortunate and privileged life he leads.
He is also aware that there is significant curiosity about his private life. He has never been comfortable with this, but he has tried to develop a thick skin about the level of media interest that comes with it.
He has rarely taken formal action on the very regular publication of fictional stories that are written about him and he has worked hard to develop a professional relationship with the media, focused on his work and the issues he cares about.
But the past week has seen a line crossed.His girlfriend,Meghan Markle, has been subject to a wave of abuse and harassment.
Some of this has been very public - the smear on the front page of a national newspaper; the racial undertones of comment pieces; and the outright sexism and racism of social media trolls and web article comments.
Some of it has been hidden from the public - the nightly legal battles to keep defamatory stories out of papers; her mother having to struggle past photographers in order to get to her front door; the attempts of reporters and photographers to gain illegal entry to her home and the calls to police that followed; the substantial bribes offered by papers to her ex-boyfriend; the bombardment of nearly every friend, co-worker, and loved one in her life.
Prince Harry is worried about Ms Markle's safety and is deeply disappointed that he has not been able to protect her.

He knows commentators will say this is "the price she has to pay" and that "this is all part of the game". He strongly disagrees. This is not a game - it is her life and his.
He has asked for this statement to be issued in the hopes that those in the press who have been driving this story can pause and reflect before any further damage is done.

Actor Steve Howey and his wife Sarah Shahi shamelessly harassed their former nanny, according to a new lawsuit.
The "Shameless" star and his wife Shahi, 36, are being sued by a former nanny, who claims the pair berated her for her Muslim customs and shared pictures of men's private parts with her,TMZ reports
Sarah Alaseri — who was hired in 2012 — has now filed suit for harassment and wrongful termination after three years of abuse from the couple led her to quit, according to the gossip site.
In the suit, Alaseri claims that Howey would scold her for practicing her Muslim customs in the home to the point where she felt uncomfortable to follow through with her daily prayers.
In addition, Shahi reportedly encouraged the nanny to get in shape and "run off" with her husband, because she was allegedly having an affair with an "A-List" actor, the suit, obtained by TMZ reads.
Alaseri even noted that the "Person of Interest" actress showed her pictures of her lover's private parts and discussed how she wanted to just move on with her life, according to TMZ
The amount the former nanny is seeking has not been revealed, but TMZ reports it's likely a hefty sum due to Alaseri's request for back wages.
Howey and Shahi married in 2009 and have three children together William, 7, and 1-year-old twins Violet and Knox.
A rep for Howey did not immediately respond to a Daily News request for comment.

President Jeff Robinov’s Studio 8. While a guest on IndieWire’s Filmmaker Toolkit podcast, Eggers said he never intended for his next film to be a remake of the 1922 iconic horror classic by the legendary German director F. W. Murnau.
“[It’s shocking] to me,” said Eggers. “It feels ugly and blasphemous and egomaniacal and disgusting for a filmmaker in my place to do ‘Nosferatu’ next. I was really planning on waiting a while, but that’s how fate shook out.”
Eggers’ history with the vampire story of Count Orlok, played by Max Schreck, goes back a long way. Growing up, he was hooked on classic horror films from Universal and Hammer Studios, not being able to handle the scarier 1980s American films like “Nightmare on Elm Street.”
“I saw a picture of Max Schreck as Count Orlok in a book in my elementary school and I lost my mind,” said Eggers. Afterward, Eggers made his mother drive to the mall in rural New Hampshire so they could order a VHS of the 1922 classic.
“Then, when I was 17, I directed the senior play [of] ‘Nosferatu,'” said Eggers. “It was very expressionist, it was much more expressionist than the film is. It was ‘Cabinet of Dr. Caligari’ style [German Expressionistic].”
A local theater owner saw the high school performance and hired the teenager to re-stage the play professionally.
“That’s when I realized this is what I want to be doing,” said Eggers. “‘Nosferatu’ has a very close, magical connection for me. Though if I were to make the movie 17-year-old Rob was going to make of ‘Nosferatu’ it would have been something between like ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ and ‘Sin City,’ whereas this is going to be the same approach as ‘The Witch,’ where 1830s Biedermeier Baltic Germany needs to be articulated in a way that seems real.”
During the podcast, Eggers breaks down how his obsession with history informed the script and look of “The Witch,'”something he says will continue with the vampire remake. The former production designer explained how capturing the look and feel of the past is a product of the emotional, almost memory-like, images that are evoked for him during his deep research he does in writing scripts.
In addition to building an authentic 1830s world, Eggers discussed his approach to the title character of the film.
“I can’t also do Max Schreck again either, so that’s fun, so it’s going back to the origins of the folk vampire,” said Eggers, who is also writing the script.
